Are You 99 Yet?

Genesis 17:1

When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to him and said, “I am God Almighty; Walk [habitually] before Me [with integrity, knowing that you are always in My presence], and be blameless and complete [in obedience to Me]. AMP.

When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said to him, “I am El Shaddai. Walk before me, and be blameless. NHEB

And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, Jehovah appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am God Almighty; walk before me, and be thou perfect. ASV

The word BEFORE

is

Strongs 6440

Original Word: פָנִים
Transliteration: panim or paneh
Phonetic Spelling: paw-neem’

Hebrew Rabbis teach that the words we have in English Bibles translated as

(walk) before me

ə·p̄ā·nay
לְפָנַ֖י
before Me

should read as

walk WITH me.

Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance

Plural (but always as singular) of an unused noun (paneh {paw-neh’}; from panah); the face (as the part that turns); used in a great variety of applications (literally and figuratively); also (with prepositional prefix) as a preposition (before, etc.) — + accept, a-(be-)fore(-time), against, anger, X as (long as), at, + battle, + because (of), + beseech, countenance, edge, + employ, endure, + enquire, face, favour, fear of, for, forefront(-part), form(-er time, -ward), from, front, heaviness, X him(-self), + honourable, + impudent, + in, it, look(-eth) (- s), X me, + meet, X more than, mouth, of, off, (of) old (time), X on, open, + out of, over against, the partial, person, + please, presence, propect, was purposed, by reason of, + regard, right forth, + serve, X shewbread, sight, state, straight, + street, X thee, X them(-selves), through (+ – out), till, time(-s) past, (un-)to(-ward), + upon, upside (+ down), WITH (-within, + -stand), X ye, X you.

This changes the perspective

of Abram’s relationship with the

Almighty God – El Shaddai –

which we render as:

the all sufficient God

or the Almighty-Breasty-One.

The Hebrew language incorporates numerical value to letters and words and it is understood that the number

9 is the number of completion

and

90 is the number of Humility.

According to this it would indicate that when Abram became

99, complete in humility,

he recognized and understood that God was truly

El Shaddai – all-sufficient

and he could

walk WITH God.

Torah scholars definition of humility is that, we are not for one moment to be trusting in self, in the arm of flesh, our own capabilities, knowledge, talents or any kind of security we have built; or any dependence on wealth or provision from any source other than the Lord/El Shaddai.

It is having complete total TRUST in our

Heavenly Father as El Shaddai,

to be all-sufficient for us.

We are to put our trust/batak in our Heavenly Father as He and Abram did. Messiah never put His trust in people because He knew and understood the shortcomings and weaknesses of the fallen human nature.

Jesus didn’t commit Himself to them. John 2:24,25.

He was never suspicious, yet He was discerning and wise.

He was never bitter, resentful or offended, nor did He take vengeance toward anyone; and yet at the same time, He never gave up hope for them.

Why?

Because His BATAK/TRUST

was totally and completely in His Father first.

If we place our trust in people before Him and not in the Father, we will quickly experience despair, hopelessness and disappointment towards them. This can lead to bitterness and resentment because they didn’t measure up to how they presented themselves. Understanding that not one individual, except Messiah Yeshua/Jesus, can ever be right or perfect in this life, prevents the negative assessments in others. The only part of a person or ourself we can trust, is God’s spirit of grace and mercy in us.

Hebrews 10:9. He came to do God’s will.

An individual’s obedience is to what they see and determine to be a need. Messiah’s obedience was to His/our Fathers will. To seek and save the lost and tell the heathen about Him. However, first we are to make sure that God’s needs and His will in us personally are being met. Jesus/Yeshua said for us to be mindful of this in Matthew 6:5-15

“And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him. Pray then like this:

“Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.[a]
10 Your kingdom come,
your will be done,[b]
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread,[c]
12 and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation,
    but deliver us from evil.[d]

14 For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, 15 but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

The purpose of our training as His disciples, is to get us into the right relationship towards the needs of our Heavenly Father and His will, plan and purposes, NOT ours. Once our Father’s needs in us have been met, He will then open the way for us to accomplish His will, which is meeting His needs, plan and purposes somewhere else.

And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[b] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18

We are also to remember that He said: Matthew 18:5 who ever receives one little child in my name receives me.

Messiah came as a child Himself. He is entrusting Himself to each of us and desiring our individual lives to be a Bethlehem; where He can grow up, where the natural life could be slowly transformed by the indwelling life of the Son of God. His ultimate purpose is that the life of Messiah be manifest in and through us. The same life/ chaim that was in Him can also be in us, by the power of HIs Holy Spirit, just as it was in

Luke 1:41. and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit/Ruach HaKodesh.

And we are to be always ready with a listening ear for the slightest whisper of His Voice/kol, calling to us. In the Song of Solomon there is a verse that says:

The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land; 2:12

A season of the voice of Messiah, the bridegroom is calling.

This season is also a time of pruning, to bear more fruit for His Kingdom.

The dove, Yonah (Jonah) in Hebrew, reminds us that Messiah Jesus pointed to Noah and Jonah as end-times signs.

The dove was a sign for Noah and Yonah/Jonah/Dove

was a sign to the people of Nineveh

to repent and turn to the Lord before His judgment came.

Matthew 12:39; 24:37.

The entire book of the Song of Solomon is a picture of Messiah’s love for His bride; into whom we are grafted and His voice calls to us in unconditional love and devotion. He is calling to His Bride.

Those who truly love Him will respond to His loving call.

Like always attracts like- what is common between people will draw like a magnet, just like the old saying, birds of a feather flock together.

Like desires, like lifestyle, like interests, like goals, etc.

If you ever feel you don’t fit, like you are a square peg in a round hole, then you’re probably in the wrong place with the wrong group. The Spirit of God within people draws them together.

Phil. 2:2-8. fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. 3 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit.

1Pet 3:8 Finally, all of you be like-minded [united in spirit], sympathetic, brotherly, tender-hearted, and humble in spirit;

Romans 15:5 Now the God of endurance and of encouragement give to you to be like-minded one toward another, according to Christ Jesus;

2 Corinthians 13:11 Finally, brothers, rejoice. Be perfected, be comforted, be of the same mind, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.

We are to have Messiah as the center and the priority of our lives.

Romans 5:5 And hope maketh not ashamed, because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts, by the Holy Spirit which is given to us and like Elizabeth/ John leaped when in the presence of his Messiah.

We too have that inner knowing… we are one in Him with fellow believers/ disciples and love has always been the test of true discipleship.

Those listening to the voice of their beloved, will not be deafened by the cries of man. In a world filled with noise, all clamoring for our attention; we need to hear only the voice of our beloved and those who love Him will hear and recognize His voice and will respond just like the sheep. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me John 10:27

They will even hear the tender gentle cooing of the turtledove above the chaos of the world busyness. And just as Elizabeth’s inner involuntary response was to the close presence of Messiah within Mary.

We are up to watch for Him, wait for Him, with baited breath, and anticipation as the bride for her groom; and as we do, our heart will not only listen for Him… our hearts will hear.

There are times when many bewildering experiences challenge the peace/shalom in our souls; however, when we truly love Him and are listening, and our spirits are submitted to Him willingly, He works all things together for good.

Just as the scripture records the story of Joseph in Genesis 50:20 But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.

God has His Plan and purposes, His ways are not our ways.

’For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,’ declares the LORD. ‘As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts’” Isaiah.55:8,9.

The one who truly loves Him submits to His discipline and chastening, also called pruning, shaking and sifting. His love holds us steady beneath the chastening rod.

“I will make you pass under the rod [as the shepherd does with his sheep when he counts them, and I will count you as Mine and constrain you] and bring you into the bond of the covenant.

Ezekiel 20:37-38

The verse says that the sheep

pass under the rod.

Besides being an instrument of both offense and defense, the rod was, in effect, a two-foot club;

it also functioned as a tool, under which the sheep passed.

What does this picture?

First of all, it pictures counting. The shepherd would count the sheep in his flock to make sure they were all present and accounted for.

This is also a picture of something else, because as the sheep passed under the rod, which is a symbol of the Word of God, they would undergo a very close examination. The shepherd would run his rod backward or across the sheeps body, which separated the wool. This action allowed the shepherd to look down onto the sheep’s skin, enabling him to see both the condition of the wool and the skin which was hidden beneath.

Our Savior the Good Shepherd, is illustrating that by means of His rod, He is giving us a careful, close examination: it gives Him the opportunity to check the quality of His sheep and it also provides a means of separation. As His disciples, both quality and separation are the reasons that He carefully examines us. The rod and the path it leads us on, will take us to deep and difficult places, taking us right into the hidden man of the heart where holiness is formed.

In Matthew 25 we read of the separation of the sheep and the goats. The rod helps to identify, or is a means of making sure of ownership. Sheep’s ears were often bored through or distinctively notched as an identifying mark. When the shepherds could not always clearly see the identifying mark because  several flocks had mixed together in the fields, they would make the sheep

pass under the rod.

When they did, the shepherd would flip back the EAR to see the mark of ownership. Again, it also gave them a chance to examine and check the health and quality of each of the sheep.

Note the EAR… that listens and hears!

Right now we are all

Because now,

this season,

is the time of our judgment – I Peter 4:17,

and we are being evaluated to make it clear to whom we really belong: the Heavenly Father or the adversary.

Who is our Shepherd?

Who are we following?

The rod is a vitally important instrument for a shepherd and no good shepherd would be without one.

This process is critical and should not be avoided but rather welcomed because it means He loves us.

Hebrews 12:6 For the Lord disciplines the one He loves, and He chastises every son He receives.” because the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.

Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it. Hebrews 12:11

1Corinthians 13:7 because love believes and hopes and all things and love will never fail.

Love endures what ever comes. It seeks not its own doesn’t retaliate because it rests in Him rather than in the circumstance. As long as we are focused on and our desires are fulfilled in him we will never be deprived of comfort.

Luke 1: 53

He who goes away Will always be empty in spite of his riches. He who seeks the Lord first will never be unhappy or poor.

David said in Psalm 146:3 Do not trust in princes, In mortal man, in whom there is no salvation–

6 Who made heaven and earth, The sea, and all that is in them, Who keeps truth and is faithful forever,

What is first in our lives?

We must trust in Him 1st

We must put His will 1st.

We must put Messiah 1st.

The questions we should and indeed

must ask ourselves are:

Are we 99 yet?

and are we in other words,

at a place where we are

walking before/WITH the Lord El Shaddai?

Is He all sufficient to us?

Are we doing Gods will for our lives?

Are we hearing His voice directing our path or our own choices of future plans?

Will we respond to His loving call?

Are we watching for Him, waiting for Him, with baited breath,

and anticipation, as the bride for her groom?

Can we say with the Shulamite?

The dove

was a sign for Noah and Yonah/Jonah/Dove

pruning before He returns…

Are we willing to be sifted like the disciples?

Luke 22:31

Are we truly 99 – complete in humility, yet?

If we are obedient and willing

we shall eat the good of the land

and we will be ready to walk WITH Him.

What Has a Flower Got To Do With a Servant Heart, Salvation and a Bridegroom?

The Spring season of Appointed Times of the Lord/Moedim were initiated this week with Purim.

The remembrance of Purim is a precursor to the 7 on the Hebrew Calendar; and it commemorates the selfless action of woman chosen for a specific time and purpose. Purim is always 30 days before Passover/Pesach. It’s almost like a heads-up, a marker, for those with eyes to see and ears to hear, of what is about to begin!

Although previous posts have highlighted Esther /Hadassah/Myrtle, one aspect of this story was not included in:

https://www.minimannamoments.com/double-take-and-casting-lots/

https://www.minimannamoments.com/who-was-hadassah/

Mystery of a Pur, a Secret Name and a Miracle. https://www.minimannamoments.com/if-i-perish-i-perish-remembering-purim/

This aspect concerns the fact that Gods name was hidden in this book. It did not mean He was not there or didn’t know what was going on.

Although the name of God is not written as a literal word in this book, it is however, conspicuous by its absence. In that absence, it is more of an indication that, although God is hidden and not obvious in the text; He is working behind the scenes.

From here He is causing His will to proceed and come to a victorious conclusion in bringing about the salvation of His chosen people, even though at the same time, the devil was trying to orchestrate their extinction.

When His Name is not obvious, on and in the events, as in the book of Esther, readers may think He has forgotten, deserted or has abandoned them.

NOT SO and nothing could be further from the truth.

He is working?

How do we know that?

Because His Word tells us He Never slumbers nor sleeps:

Indeed, He who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. … Psalm 121; Psalm120; Psalm 122.

Hinei lo yanum v’lo yishan shomer Israel

A further confirmation being one of the Covenant Names of God, that shows and qualifies His attributes is:

YHWH-Shammah —

“The Lord is present”

(Ezekiel 48:35)

God is ALWAYS present with us.

Phonetic Spelling:

(yeh-ho-vaw’ shawm’-maw)

read from right to left under each Hebrew letter

<maw shaw  h-va-ho-yeh <

Pronounced Ya-wa or

Yod–Ha-Vav-Ha Sham-ma

God is intimately and intricately involved in the lives of His people. He is constantly at work in every aspect of their lives. But everything He does is for a purpose.

Job 34:20

In order for the scenes to change in the faith experience, the Lord, Who is “the Author and Finisher of our faith” (Heb. 12:2), must work behind the scenes.

Although people and circumstances are always associated with where we are in the spiritual drama, the Bible teaches that God is the major Force behind the ever changing scenes of life.

Just as we see in the life of Joseph

https://www.minimannamoments.com/who-was-tsofnat-paneach/
https://www.minimannamoments.com/yeshua-and-yosef-jesus-and-joseph-parallels/

God had been working behind the scenes, in the lives of two men Joseph had never met. God worked in their life circumstances in what initially appeared to be negative events in order to bring these three men together in the same place for this very moment. Specifically so that Joseph could interpret their dreams.

Joseph said, “Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell it to me, please” (v. 8).

The whole of Josephs early life and experiences were in preparation for the time He would save his family, his people and his whole nation which included the line from which Messiah would come to bring salvation.

Gideon also had an experience of God working In Judges 7:9-15 as the warrior was about to face the troops of Midian with a much smaller and less-equipped force.

Although Gideon was a willing servant of God, he needed assurance that it was, in fact, God calling him to this task (vs.17).

In accomplishing the mission set before him by God, Gideon proves himself to be faithful, as well as a mighty warrior, becoming a strong leader of men (Judges 7:17).

9 And it came to pass the same night, that the Lord said unto him, Arise, get thee down unto the host; for I have delivered it into thine hand. 10 But if thou fear to go down, go thou with Phurah thy servant down to the host:

Judges 7:9-15 KJV.

The following night the Lord commanded Gideon to go down to the camp of the enemy, as He had given it into his hand. In the Hebrew language text, here the perfect is used to denote the purpose of God, which had already been formed.

In the same way as in Judges 4:14,

God had worked behind the scenes!

This working, is not confined to the Old Testament/TaNaKh, but is further confirmed for us in Yeshua/Jesus own words informing us that God is always working His purpose out.

God is working right now!

John 5:17, NIV: In his defense Jesus said to them, “My Father is always at his work to this very day,

“My Father has been working until now, and I have been working.” John 5:17 NKJV

He is watching ever mindful of us and all the events unfolding. At the appointed time, He intervenes. He reveals Himself in all His glory and ability to bring events to a perfect and timely conclusion.

To coin a couple of well known phrases:

The wedding will take place – the show must go on.

It also has a worldly meaning that people often push forward in their own strength, when they are not supposed to, regardless of how negatively pressing and unfavorable circumstances may be.

For us, knowing that He is WORKING, it brings COMFORT..

His nechamah.

https://www.minimannamoments.com/receive-his-nechamah/
(see mmm last post link above)

… and He is in control and nothing happens that He does not see.

Fear NOT!!

and do not look at the circumstances –

Proverbs 3:25 Be not afraid of sudden fear/disaster/danger, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh.

26 For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.

Look unto Jesus/Yeshua, His Righteous right arm!

and have faith in His and the Fathers ability to accomplish all that  has been planned from the foundation of the world;

because He Is:

Omnipotent (All-powerful)

Omniscient (All-knowing)

Omnipresent (Ever-present)

His word will come to pass.

All scripture will be fulfilled.

All prophecy will happen just as it has been written.

Esther came into the moment.

Into the time line.

Just as the events seemed set to wipe out Gods’ children for good.

The enemy’s plan was to destroy and totally annihilate the people of God, the tribe of Judah, the Jewish race and in turn to stop the future birth of Messiah.

Consider how many times that was attempted and every time it failed!

הֲדַסָּה

Hadassah

Esther’s Jewish name comes from the Hebrew word  הֲדַס  hădaç Hadas which means ‘myrtle’.

Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the thorn/brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off. To set forth his glory. Of God’s deliverance, and that he will never forsake his Church. Isaiah 55:13

Read that one more time………

To set forth His glory.

Of God’s deliverance, and that

He will

NEVER

FORSAKE

HIS CHURCH!!!

church = ecclesia = called out/apart ones/His BRIDE.

That’s all of us who meet His criteria!

Instead of the thorn, (from the crown of thorns of the suffering servant); shall come forth the myrtle

the flower

the servant

and the chosen one

the hidden bride.

Esther’s name has a meaning of hidden, this meaning is that the bride of Messiah is to this day hidden from the Jewish people. Esther disguised herself as a Gentile, but secretly she was a Hebrew (Ivri )/Yahuwdiy (Jew).

In the same way, those who are born-again by the blood of the lamb are not recognized by many who call themselves Jews because, as of today, many do not acknowledge Jesus/Yeshua as their true Messiah, but one day they will see Him who they pierced.

To be the true bride kallah/challah of the King.

We have seen that as believers symbolically God is our bridegroom and we are His challah/kallah, His bride.

Strong’s Hebrew: 3618. כַּלָּה kallah

כַּלָּה ;

phonetically pronounced (kal-law’).

https://www.minimannamoments.com/the-hidden-mystery-of-the-kallah/

Yeshua/Jesus our Heavenly Bridegroom was born – nothing could stop it. No devilish plans could prevent His coming then,

and it will not now either.

His second coming will occur at the appointed time.

Events will unfold on time – His time — just as they did in Esther’s day.

The devil still seeks to destroy God’s family, he wants to prevent the wedding taking place., but he does not succeed!

——

Where is God’s Name in the story today?

He is WORKING behind the scenes.

The salvation of His people is the focus through Ruach HaKodesh /Holy Spirit, whose mandate according to Scripture is:

as an expression of His love and mercy, the Holy Spirit seeks to convict or convince us that Jesus is the cure for sin.

8 And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 of sin, because they do not believe in Me; (John 16:8-9)

Jesus/Yeshua promised the apostles that the

Ruach HaKodesh /Holy Spirit would convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment

The world is a sinful place, and one of Ruach HaKodesh/Holy Spirit’s tasks, is to convict the world of its’ sin. No amount of preaching, pleading, or pointing of fingers will bring about the conviction of sin, unless Ruach HaKodesh /Holy Spirit is at work in the sinner’s heart.

It is the Ruach/Spirit’s job to bring conviction to a soul.

God’s desire is that they will be motivated to look for defense counsel: (Jesus/Yeshua) before they appear before the Judge (Father God) for sentencing.

To bring all to repentance and like Esther, beg petition from the king for clemency.

As Esther was prepared to do, we must lay down our lives for Him…

Esther laid her life on the line for her people..

Jesus/Yeshua laid His life on the line for His people.

Instead of the briar comes the myrtle..

Up came the Esther/the Hadassah/Myrtle, to speak for those about to perish.

She was the picture of servant hood and sacrifice, just as Yeshua/Jesus with the crown of thorns was the picture of servant hood and sacrifice…

Both willing to lay down their lives for others and in this case for a whole nation. Had she not done so, the line through which Messiah came, would have perished and He would not have been able to lay down His life for the whole world.

Esther

The epitome of a true and faithful servant – loving not her life even unto death!

Self sacrifice, laying down her life – chaim, for others.

As we remember Esther, it is also the initiator of the appointed times on the Hebraic calendar year cycle.

The Appointed Times/Moedim, always begin with sacrifice

-self-sacrifice,

laying one’s life down for another… for Her people, a nation..

and as we are about to begin the cycle of the Spiritual Calendar with Passover/Pesach the epitomy of self sacrifice –

laying one’s life down for another… for His people, a nation..

and in Messiahs case, for the whole world.

The trick the enemy was preparing ended up being the agent of his own demise. God was working and always is.

Even when we don’t see it plainly or see His Name on events, the myrtle will blossom in it’s time.

This is 2020 = we must have perfect vision…spiritually so we can SEE Him WORKING!

Esther/Hadassah/Myrtle, was the model of true servant hood in her timeline and Jesus/Yeshua was the model of true servant hood in His…

In part 2 we will look at what the pictographs of this Word servant show us.

Shalom Ha Makem – The Place For Our Life To Mature

Etz Chayim – Tree of Life.

Followers of Yeshua/Jesus understand that He (alone) is the Tree of Life, the Center of the true Paradise of God in Rev. 22:2. Yeshua/Jesus is the Seed, Root, Trunk, Branches, and Fruit that comes from heaven.

Speaking words of life from the source of the tree of life, to give the Word a platform; with shalom, a place for our life, (lives/chaim), to mature; and connecting some more pieces together.

Faith comes (X) BY hearing and hearing (X) BY the word. (X = Sign for multiply in math.)

 see last post. https://www.minimannamoments.com/a-paradox-the-echad-of-elohim/)

When you hear yourself say the words, it reinforces your faith and God watches over His Word to perform it to cause it to come to pass.

Jeremiah 1:12 then the LORD said to me, “You have seen well; for I watch over my word to perform it.”

Is. 55:11 So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

When we speak words of truth from scripture, faith is stimulated and rises up in our hearts. When we give His words a voice, He hears and can energize them on our behalf, causing them to be filled with His life/lives (Chaim) and manifest His power in the natural, physical realm, where the answers are needed. We create a platform for His miracles to occur and (X) By His Word (X) By His Blood (X) By His Spirit (X)

https://www.minimannamoments.com/the-mystery-of-in-his-deaths/

By His death(s) we are raised in His life/lives/chaim. All the X multiples = 1 – the Echad of Elohim.

In Hebrew the word for “life” is chayim ( חַיִּים ), which is plural to show us that we cannot live life alone… within the word itself are embedded two Yods ( יי ), representing unity in plurality
(Yod-Yod is also a Name of God).
The LORD is called Elohim Chayim
( אֱלהִים חַיִּים),…
the living God and we only come to life BY our unity with Him in the truth.

In the Ephesians armor of The Lord the sword (of the spirit) which represents the (S)Words of God coming out of our mouths with His authority which empowers them. The sword is the only offensive part of the armor, the rest are defensive, for protection. The Word only needs an S in the front of it to make it effective as an optimum offensive weapon.

The Sword contains the Word and is integral to its’ pronunciation, therefore you cannot have the sword of the Lord without the word in it, making up the majority of its letters. If this is the only weapon then it must be all we need, or God would have supplied more.

This is focusing on the Ephesians 6 armor and of course…

we overcome by the Word of our testimony and the Blood of the Lamb.

This is the testimony of what the Blood has done for us as regards salvation, deliverance, protection, etc. (see confession statement below.)

I testify to Satan personally as to what the Word of God says the Jesus/Yeshua’s Blood does for me. Through the Blood of Yeshua/Jesus, I am redeemed out of the hand of the devil. Through the Blood of Yeshua/Jesus, all my sins are forgiven. The Blood of Yeshua /Jesus Christ, Yeshua my God’s Son, continually cleanses me from all sin.

Through the blood of Yeshua /Jesus, I am justified, made righteous, just-as-if-I’d never sinned. Through the blood of Yeshua /Jesus I am sanctified, Made holy, set apart to Hashem my God. My body is a temple of the Ruach Ha Kodesh/Holy Spirit, redeemed, cleansed by the blood of Jesus/Yeshua. Satan has no place in me, no power over me, through the Blood of Yeshua /Jesus.

It is not referring to our life’s story. (Unless we are thinking we can bore the enemy into submission! He already is well aware of what we’ve done. We instead need to declare the victory in our lives and what God has done for us.)

Angels also hearken to the Word of God: Bless the Lord, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word. Psalm 103:20

This suggests we can expect angelic aid when necessary and when we speak out words of scripture.

A quick reference to one of the images on homepage – when we dig we will find our treasure here – this image highlights the letter TAV which is represented by an X

This in reference to the last post concerning Echad and a way to try and understand the concept of the oneness of God!

https://www.minimannamoments.com/a-paradox-the-echad-of-elohim/)

Tav is the last letter of the Hebrew alphabet.

In the picture above represented by an X as the Middle Age way of depicting the letter as shown in image below.

The image of the Early Paleo Hebrew script is in the shape of a cross!

Thousands of years before it was used by the Romans as a means of execution or became the well known ‘Christian’ symbol. As it evolved into today’s modern script, it was also represented in the shape of the X, the same symbol used today in mathematics as a sign of multiplication.

(See post for further explanation.)

As the last letter in the Hebrew alphabet Tav denotes the end, the finish, the Completion. These were among Jesus/Yeshua’s last words on the TAV/cross (It is finished). He said about Himself, He is the Alef and Tav. (In Greek, the alpha and the omega); the beginning and the end; the first and the last.

Col.1:20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

And he is before all things, and BY him all things consist. Col.1:17

BY (X) Him All things consist … It’s in the DNA.

Rev 4:11. “Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.”

When we choose to look at the Word as if we are seeing/reading it for the first time, it will allow Holy Spirit/Ruach HaKodesh, to quicken it’s meaning to us.

We have such a deep rooted western, greek influenced mind set on things; because it’s what we were told and how we raised. The roots of our faith are Jewish, Hebraic, Israelite in their origins, whether we like it, embrace it, or believe it or not, it’s still the truth.

During the last 2000 years, leaders of Christendom have sought to separate Christianity from those roots. (In the fourth century, during the Councils of Elvira and Nicaea, church elders established many rules and regulations to separate the Church from the Jewish roots of Her faith.)

Today Bible prophecy is being fulfilled as the reconciliation of both Messianic Hebrew/Jewish/Israelites and Gentile/Goyim/Heathen/Nations come together to become the one new man. With this restoration comes greater understanding of scriptures as the truths lost in translation are restored to His challah/bride, His ecclesia/called out ones.

The two are made “one new man;” the Gentile is not turned into a Jew, nor the Jew into a Gentile, but both into one new man, thus removing all grounds of jealousy. This transformation is “in himself;” in vital union to Messiah they are formed into one body.

Echad.

Many Jews in Israel today are traditional and Orthodox Jews and do not recognize that Yeshua/Jesus was the Messiah and for whom they are still waiting. Those who have accepted Jesus/Yeshua as Messiah are known as Messianic Jews. They are not to be confused with the orthodox Jews who are the ones wanting the 3rd Temple to be built as they are the same that Jesus/Yeshua had issue with in His day. We are to continue to pray for their eyes to see their true Messiah.

“Then Jesus said to them, ‘Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the Sadducees. 11 How is it you do not understand that I did not speak to you concerning bread but to beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.’ 12 Then they understood that He did not tell them to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and Sadducees.” ” (Matthew 16:6,11,12, NKJV also in Mark 8:15 and Luke 12:1)

Beware the Leaven of the Pharisees “Leaven was a common Jewish metaphor for an invisible, pervasive influence.”

Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees and be a wise Christian. When Messiah did the work of redemption, the Israelites blindly follow the Pharisees’ words to nail Jesus/Yeshua to the cross so that they were self condemned to destruction.

The Jews quickly assumed full responsibility for His death: We accept the punishment for such a crime; let it be upon us and upon our children. They were visited with the same kind of punishment and worse, for the Romans crucified them in such numbers that there were no more crosses or place for them (Luke 21:20-24).

As many as 500 a day were scourged and crucified. Their children for ages have gone through untold sufferings in all lands. They are yet to suffer the greatest time of tribulation that has ever been on earth or ever will be. Besides, if the Jews were the only ones who killed him, then he didn’t die for anyone else. But he died for all, not just for Jews: the righteous Messiah died for everyone who is unrighteous, which is to say, for everyone. Everyone, Jew and Gentile alike, is a sinner.

If one does a study of who the Pharisees were and what they believed and practiced they would be shocked to find they are still among us today. Not just in the Judaism as in the Ultra Orthodox, but in some areas of under the guise of “Christianity”. This is why we are given the gift of discerning of spirits, so we‘ll not be deceived.

Since it only takes a small amount of yeast or other leavening agent to transform an entire lump of dough, Messiah must mean that it takes only a little bit of what the Pharisees and Herod have to offer to ruin a person.

The Pharisees used a form of dis-fellowshipping to keep the Jews inline. Being thrown out of the synagogue would mean complete ostracism from Jewish society. The Pharisees used that as a form of coercion to prevent the Jews from confessing their belief that Jesus/Yeshua was the Messiah.

If and when they do build the temple, the false anti, (against), messiah, the man of sin spoken of in Revelation will quickly arrive on the scene. Israel is an indicator of where we are in God’s timeline, we should keep an eye on Jerusalem as prophecy unfolds before our eyes. The scripture says if a peace treaty is signed it will trigger specific ‘end of this age’ events. (Not the ‘end of the world’, so don’t be scared, be prepared spiritually. Men and the devil think they are in control of things but they are not God is.)

1Cor.2:8 says None of the rulers of this age understood this, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. Berean Study Bible.

The same could be said today, the (spiritual) rulers still don’t understand, they think they are going to win.

Coming back to the One New Man – Here in Ephesians 2:15 it says: having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace.

This can also mean the new man made out of each individual that He molds and makes us into.

And also the Lords ‘body of believers’ the ecclesia, the called out ones, who are to be His Challah/kallah, His bride.

(Jeremiah 3:14 says the I AM (ANOCHI) married Israel. You will call Me ishi My husband and will no longer call Me Baali, My Husband.

חָתָן bridegroom 2860 chathan khaw-thawn’

כַּלָה bride Kallah 3618 kallah   kal-law’

Jeremiah 3:14 , saith the Lord; for I am married unto you: declares the LORD, “for I am your husband.

Husband in Greek

Isaiah 54:4 is One of the most significant names is husband\ bridegroom.

For your Maker is your husband; the LORD of hosts is his name; and your Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.

My husband – ISHI in Hebrew.

Hosea 2:16 speaking of Israel and remembering we are grafted in to the Olive tree and are ‘spiritually Israel’.

Hosea 2:18/ and it will be in that day, says the Lord, you will call me Ishi, my husband, and will no longer call me baali, my husband.

Here Ishi and baali, both mean my husband, in Hebrew however baali, also means my master. Ishi is the equal status in which Adam and Eve were created. So His desire is for us, His ‘bride’, to no longer call Him Baali, Master, (meaning we are in a relationship as a servant); but to call Him, Ishi, the intimate, close relationship of a husband, kinsman redeemer.

It is not important how old we are or how bold we think we are, we are His children.

He is our loving Father and if we are really honest with ourselves, there is a childlike quality in each of us still …

that softens at the thought of curling up and nestling warm and safe under the feathers of His wings.

Even the furry members of our extended families seem to know this is true of blankets!

Just like we do under a blanket in our favorite chair, sofa or bed… but we have to let Him hold us.

He cannot, if we are always wriggling and restless, squirming around with life’s worries and problems. He said shalom alecheim. My peace I give it to you. We have be still.. and know that He is God.

Shalom,

It means to set, to establish you in shalom. the word normally translated peace, means health, welfare, security, justice, and tranquility, also freedom from all disaster. A Hebrew scholar gave the best English translation of shalom: no good thing is withheld. Jesus/Yeshua gave us in this peace in John 14:27 saying, ‘shalom aleikhem’.

Shalom it cannot be translated into English with a single word.

Shalom comes from shalem meaning to be complete, shalam = restore.

When there is shalom there is tranquility just as sufficient food clothing Housing. There is divine health, with no sickness. Shalom means an absence of: disorder, injustice, bribery, corruption, conflict, flat, hatred, abuse, violence, pain, suffering, immorality and all the other negative forces.

Therefore, when we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, we are praying for the shalom of Jerusalem. We are praying that there will not be any injustice, disorder, strife, violence, poverty, sickness, abuse, accidents, homelessness, pain, anger, and more. When shalom rains there will be no where morality, no injustice and the principles advocated in the scriptures will be followed by all. Then the command to love your neighbor will be to made complete.

And it appears that one aspect of the secret place is right in the center of those soft feathers. We need to learn the definition of that which Jesus/Yeshua gives us because as often as we need it…. it is always there for us.

In Ps 91, this feathery nest is a place of safety it is another place of our hiding protected against all snares, and destruction.

The wings, of Boaz’ blanket in Ruth, showed us it is a place of intimacy.

Boaz (who was a type and shadow of Jesus as the kinsman redeemer) his blanket was his prayer shawl and the skirt of it in the literal Hebrew is wing.

It was a Jewish practice for a groom to cover his bride with a garment, the wings of the tallit, his prayer shawl. It was a precursor of the chuppah in today’s Jewish weddings. Ruth was saying let’s get married you are my kinsman redeemer.

Under the Lord’s wings is a statement of intimacy with Him indicating conversion to worship of the Lord.

When we abide under his wings we are his betrothed, the bride saying let’s be married, let’s be echad one. 1X1=1

It is the agreement and acceptance of the covenant. Prophetic of Messiah, and as Ruth was a Moabitess, also refers to the Gentile nations becoming a part of the covenant forming the One New Man.

This is where we can enter in to a deep relationship akin to that of a marriage.

This is the secret place,

Strong’s Hebrew: 4565. מִסְתָּר (mistar) — a secret place

mistar: a secret place, hiding place, concealment

מִסְתָּר

Transliteration: mistar g

Phonetic Spelling: (mis-tawr’)

The place – ha makem

‘Ha Makem’- ‘The Place’-המקום

The place of closeness, of relationship, of communion, Holy – set-apartness. This is the holy of holy’s הַקֳּדָשִׁים קֹדֶשׁ Kodesh HaKadashim.

Termed also the “miḳdash ha-ḳodesh” (Lev. xvi. 33 The Inner Sanctuary. The Holy of Holies (Kodesh HaKadashim in Hebrew Qṓḏeš HaQŏḏāšîm), as its name implies, was the most sacred part of the entire Temple.

Today our bodies are His Sanctuary/Temple, His spirit dwells in us. Could it be said our spirit is the ark the container the Kodesh HaKadashim, The Inner Sanctuary – miḳdash ha-ḳodesh?

And when we make Him our refuge, when we abide in this place of habitation, we will look out from there and see He has taken care of all that would trouble us.

There are angels watching over us and all the power of the enemy is under his feet. Psalm 91:11

Verse 4, His protection extends around us, we are enveloped by His buckler; which means that which goes around – (see post)

 https://www.minimannamoments.com/because-10/

A buckler*. (*Heb. ‘Buckler’ means, ’that which goes around’, a very large shield to protect the whole body on 3 sides. The Lord gives full protection).   His Glory is also our protection/ rereward behind us.

Most likely it is referring to the large shield that protected on three sides and because we all have a north, south, east, and west direction to our person. He is also our re-reward, which is the protection for the fourth side, behind us, where unforeseen sudden attacks sometimes come.

Isaiah 52:12 the God of Israel shall be your Rear guard

and

Isaiah 58:8 the glory of the Lord shall be your Rear guard.

Just as the protection came after the ark of his presence –we are the ark of his presence today. Just as His presence protected them in the wilderness and at the Reed sea.

Isaiah 58:12 the Lord will go before you and the God of Israel will be your rearguard.

So who is the Lord in this verse?

There are 2 here The Lord and The God of Israel.

Is that the pre-incarnate Messiah? Is it Holy spirit? Is this an example of Echad as 1X1?

Is it likely referring to Messiah, who is the subject of the following verses from 13 in chapter 52 to the end of Chapter 53?

Image from Christian Inspirational Designs

In verse 15 when we call upon Him with our whole heart requiring Him [as a vital necessity] He promises to answer and declares I AM – anochi – who is with us in trouble.

Delivering us from trouble and in verse 16 with long life that is everlasting, eternal, lives, chaim in both realms.

And He will reveal to us and show us His full salvation. Salvation, meaning, rescue, deliver, bring us out deliver from bondage. Restore the broken fellowship, redeeming us by His life’s, (lives chaim), blood as His family His kin, and taking us to Himself as His challah.

https://www.minimannamoments.com/the-season-of-our-hiding/

It does not matter how ‘macho’ we are, or how independent we are, we are all His children and are required to be as little ones, it’s not a sign of weakness but of great, strong and enduring faith and trust.

For it is BY(X) and in Him, not of ourselves that none should boast. Will He find faith, (that faithfulness), on the earth when He returns?

Could this be what He will be looking for, the humility of the childlike faith?

Humility is akin to meekness, which has been inverted by modern definition to be associated with weakness, insipidity and ineffectiveness. When He said the meek shall inherit the earth, it is indicating to us that the contrary is Truth, as we misunderstood the concept of meekness, because it means exercising God’s strength, demonstrating power without undo harshness. He was the humble servant and did not use His power to rule over others but rather to serve, instead being the servant leader, yet not a ‘pushover.’

So let’s continue speaking, to give the Word a platform; with shalom, a place for our life to mature; and in meekness exercise God’s strength, demonstrating His power without undo harshness.

How to do the word – simply take scriptures that answer your need and read them out loud. Make it personal by reading it in the first person, with your name, or ‘I’ in the verse.

It’s up to us to make the Words of scripture personal, making it our own. We have to ‘own the Word’, by praying the words, for confession is made into salvation, deliverance, healing etc.

Some more examples will be posted on a separate page link below and have been a daily source of strength since compiling them many years ago.

A Secret Hidden in a Kings’ Song /Shir HaMelech

“I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine,” –

Song of Songs /Shir HaShirim, 6:3.

Many phrases from The Song of Songs written by King Solomon, have been used in weddings for centuries.

What does it truly mean and why is this particular verse so popular when it comes to weddings?

While reading this think in terms not of an earthly wedding and marriage covenant but of the marriage covenant of the Lamb and wedding feast of the Coming King of Kings.

Solomons Song is a type and shadow of our future when we are finally together with the one whom our soul loves. He gave His life for His bride – US.

It’s a song of redemption, of selfless love that we are learning from Him as we walk along the WAY and we are no longer our own, we are His forever.

Ani Lo & Dodi Li

I am His & My Beloved is mine

Dodi Li V’Ani Lo – My beloved is mine and I am His

Ani Lo – I am His – it is the summary of all that is required of us.

1Cor.6:19-20 You are not your own; you were bought at a price.

No human being can stand that unless he is identified with Jesus Christ. We are not sanctified for ourselves. We are called into intimacy with the gospel, and things happen that appear to have nothing to do with us. But God is getting us into fellowship with Himself. Let Him have His way. If you refuse, you will be of no value to God in His redemptive work in the world, but will be a hindrance and a stumbling block.

The first thing God does is get us grounded on strong reality and truth. He does this until our cares for ourselves individually have been brought into submission to His way for the purpose of His redemption. O. Chambers.

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20

However the secret to fulfilling that, is, Dodi Li – that our beloved is truly ours.

In the Hebrew tradition of Israel during the wedding ceremony, the Bride must say Dodi Lo, prior to saying, Ani Lo.

This is because she must first have the apocalypse/revelation that her beloved belongs to her, then the easier it will be and the more she will be able to and want to give herself to her beloved and visa versa.

Here-in is the secret to living our life in Yeshua Messiah, our bridegroom. If we receive His love for us we will easily give our love to Him. The more understanding we gain of Dodi Lo, that He is ours, the more our lives will become, Ani Lo/His. The deeper the personal apocalypse/revealing, the easier it will be for us to yield our lives to Him completely. This in turn will bring spiritual intimacy to our relationship, changing our perspective and causing the desire to surrender to His Will, Plan and Purpose for our lives and not live for ourselves and our own future goals.

If he is hers, she will be his and if she is his, he will be hers. It’s reciprocal and complimentary at the same time.

Likewise, if He is ours we will be His and if we are His then He will be ours.

Many have pointed out that the initials of the words in this phrase spell out “Elul”…

Any new Jewish month (a lunar month) has special prayers such as Hallel, especially for weddings. Traditionally a bride and groom are to fast on their wedding day. However, there is an exception: Rosh Chodesh.

And this month’s new month of Elul, has a lot of meaningful significance in Judaism.

If it’s on Rosh Chodesh Elul, it means the bride and groom wouldn’t have to fast, as some couples customarily do.

So as already mentioned, many say that Elul אלול stands for “Ani L’Dodi V’Dodi Li” ״אני לדודי ודודי לי״ which means “I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine.

This phrase is very popular within both Jewish and non-Jewish weddings.

When reading the entire poem, it is a beautiful love story between a man and a woman. Relationships are always based on give and take, and one of equality between both partners – a balance. So too, a husband and wife should always give and receive love and support.

Often this is read as a metaphor of the love between the Jewish people/grafted in believers and God.

There’s a Hebrew word that means soul mate.

also meaning – Meant to be.

Natural soul mates are only temporary on earth, God is our basheret, our true soul mate, He is the real lover of our souls.

In Messiah, our Dodi Li will manifest our Ani Lo. He belongs to us and the more we receive His love for us the more we will give of ourselves to Him.

As we open our hearts to fully understand Dodi Lo, our lives will become the reflection of Ani Lo, belonging completely to Him. Then, how we live and what we do, will no longer be a fleshly struggle of the soul; it will be easy, for it will flow out from His love.

An Ani Lo life, is the result of a Dodi Li heart, for the knowledge that He is ours creates that life of divine love.

As the bride of Yeshua we are to say and know, that as we fill our hearts with this Dodi Li understanding – our lives will soon become Ani Lo.

My beloved is to me and I am to Him –

My Beloved is Mine and I am His –

Simply Dodi Li V’Ani Lo

This is in a nutshell everything required of us in God.

It’s the foundation of everything we are to be and do in Him.

It encompasses our calling, consecration, dedication, works, sacrifices, ministry. As we are in covenant with Him we have to honor that covenant form our side too.

Just as when God called to Moses,

Moses reply was the correct covenant response. It was immediate and he did not hesitate. We are to be as quick to respond when He speaks to us – no hesitation – just simple obedience. He will never ask us to do anything that He has not equipped us to do.

May the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. Heb.13:21 & Eph.4:22

Hineni expresses readiness to give ourselves in total availability. This answer will mark a turning point in the lives of those of us who respond to The Father with this word.

Moses wasn’t the only one to say Hineni:

Samuel said Hineni – I’m listening.

Isaiah said Hineni – Send me.

Hineni is the right WAY to respond to our Heavenly Father whenever He calls, it should always be our desire to fulfill His Commands in directing the path for our lives.

All that remains is for us to surrender all to our beloved and cry…

It is Complete Surrender – The Covenant Call to Action.

Here Am I

Your will be done in our lives.

I will go where you go lead me because

And I have Found The Secret Hidden in a Kings Song /Shir HaMelech it’s…

Ani L’Dodi V’Dodi Li.

Please don’t leave this page without knowing Messiah is not only your Savior, Lord and soon returning King but He is also your beloved and His desire is for us to be His Beloved.. to have a personal relationship with Him.

Maybe it’s time to re-dedicate and re-ignite passion for our Bridegroom.
