Five Chosen In A Line Unbroken – Part 4

Next in the unbroken line is

Ruth –  רות  – Rooth – Rut

Strong’s Hebrew: 7327. רוּת (Ruth) — friendship

From the noun:

רע – rea’,

friend, companion, associate.

From the noun:

ראות re’ut,

a looking or understanding.

 The name Ruth   רות

as a contraction of the noun

 ראות – re’ut,

meaning:

Look; perhaps Vision/View would be better.

Scholars who follow this root group see the name

Ruth as a feminine derivation of the root

 רעה – ra’a

meaning:

to associate with, or be a friend of;

therefore the name Ruth means

(Lady) Friend or (Lady) Companion

Ruths’ story begins in

Bethlehem!

House of Bread

Beit Lechem –

where Yeshua/Jesus,

the Bread from Heaven,

came into this earthly realm.

In Bethlehem of Judea,

(Land of tribe of Judah)

there was a man called

Elimelech

אלימלך

Strongs 458

There is only one Elimelech in the Bible,

and means:

My God is King.

El-imele-ch  is pronounced as

iy-L IH MMeh-LehK

Elimeleck, Elimelek, Elymelech, Elymeleck,

and Elymelek are variant spellings.

אל  אלה

The name Elimelech consists of two elements.

The first part is the word

אל    El ,

In names אל – ‘el

usually refers to

אלהים –‘Elohim,

 or God,

also known as

אלה –‘Eloah.

The name applied to the God of Israel.

In English, the words ‘God’ and ‘god’

exclusively refer to the deity but in Hebrew the words

אל -‘l and אלה -‘lh are far more common

and may express approach and negation,

acts of wailing and pointing,

and may even mean oak or terebinth.

The second part of the name comes from the noun

מלך – melek,

meaning king:

and a king is not merely a glorified tribal chief

but the alpha of a complex, stratified society,

implying a court and a complex government.

Elimelech was a member of the clan of Ephrath, a native of Bethlehem of tribe of Judah, a man of wealth and probably head of a family or clan (Ruth 1:2,3; 2:1,3).

He lived during the period of the Judges and had a hereditary possession near Bethlehem, and he is chiefly remembered as the husband of Naomi.

Ephrath: For those of the tribe of Ephraim are also called Ephrathites,

Judges 12:5,

Art thou an Ephrathite 1 Kings 11:26; 1 Samuel 1:1.

David is called the son of an Ephrathite,

that is, a Beth-lehemite.

(לְאֶפְרָיִם): Ephraimites

אֶפְרַיִם ‎, ʾEfrayim pronounced like Ef•ra•yim) meaning: fruitful, fertile, productive.

Genesis 35:19; Micah 5:2; either from Caleb’s wife of that name, 1 Chronicles 2:19; 4:4, or from the fertility of the soil about it; which title may therefore be used here, to show the greatness of the famine, which affected even fertile parts.

Recall that Ephraim and Manasseh were the sons of Joseph and his Egyptian wife.

Genesis 41:52

Ephraim was the second son of Joseph and Asenath. Asenath was an Egyptian woman whom Pharaoh gave to Joseph as wife, and the daughter of Potipherah, a priest of On. These 2 were absorbed into the 12 Tribes of Israel/Jacob. Genesis 48:2

Later Ephraim became the name of:

The half-tribe Ephraim (Joshua 16:5).

The hill country in Palestine (1 Samuel 1:1).

The scripture records that 3000 years ago there was a famine in the land and because of the famine affecting nearby Israel.

Elimelech and his family had traveled from Bethlehem Ephrathah to escape its ravaging effects; moving to a pagan country bordering Canaan called

Moab מוֹאָב

located east of the dead sea in Israel.

Moab is the historical name for a mountainous strip of land in modern-day Jordan running along the eastern shore of the Dead Sea.

Moab is the area shaded in pink is the territory known across from the wilderness of Judah.

A flat and arid plane extends east from the banks of the Dead Sea before ascending sharply some 4,000 feet to the plain above. The upper plain is a more fertile stretch of land that extends about 15 miles from the escarpment east to the Arabian Desert. Dibon, the capital city of Moab in the biblical era, is located in the northern region of the upper plane.

In ancient times, it was home to the kingdom of the Moabites, a people often in conflict with their Israelite neighbors to the west.

Strong’s Hebrew: 4124. מוֹאָב (Moab) — a son of Lot

From a prolonged form of the prepositional prefix m-

and ‘ab; from (her (the mother’s)) father;

Moab, an incestuous son of Lot;

also his territory and descendants

Which is why the Israelites were forbidden by law to marry a Moabite.

This name is pronounced mo-ahv in Hebrew.

The base word is ahv meaning father.

The prefix mo means from.

Combined these mean: from father.

Mo’av was the son of Lot’s oldest daughter and Lot himself (Genesis 19:35), the product of an incest relationship; implying that the similarity in Hebrew between

Mo’abi /Moabite and me’abi – from my father

was no coincidence Gen 19:37.

According to the Torah, no descendent of Mo’av is allowed in the assembly of Israel (Deuteronomy 23:3).

Moab, Moabites, pronounced:

Moh´ab, moh´uh-bits.

So reading the biblical narrative, it describes the Moabites’ origins in terms of both kinship and disdain. They are blood relatives of the Israelites, but their forefather was born as a result of incest. According to the Genesis 19:30-38 story, Moab was the son of Abraham’s nephew Lot, through his own eldest daughter, with whom he had a child after the destruction of Sodom.

The Bible clearly explains the etymology of Moab as meaning “of his father.” Nevertheless, there was considerable interchange between the two peoples, They were closely linked with their northern neighbors, the Ammonites (descended from Moab’s half brother, Ben-ammi), with whom they later shared a border.

So from this account, clearly, Israel and Moab shared kinship, history, language, institutions, and theology, and that this closeness often led to competition and strife between the two peoples. Being “just like us” made the Moabites dangerous to Israelite identity and assimilation was always a threat.

It shows that there was incest, disobedience and gentile heritage in the mix.

In Moab, a child was probably raised in a culture that worshipped an ungodly idol named Chemosh. This entity was worshipped by the Moabites sacrificing their children to it. This child knew no other way of life and may have witnessed family or friends being offered as sacrifices to this pagan god.

In this Biblical account this young woman was called Ruth and one day a new family came to her home town.

This family of four people were father Elimelech his wife Naomi and their 2 sons Mahlon and Chilion.

As noted earlier,

the name Elimelech means my God is King

which is indicative of him being a believer in

Yahweh/The God of Israel.

Naomi – נָעֳמִי

means:

pleasant or my pleasantness.

The sons names Mahlon and Chilion

were indicative of their characters

Mahlon מַחְלוֹן

meant:

Is sick sickly ‘sickness’ sorrowful.

Strong’s Hebrew: 4248. מַחְלוֹן (Machlon)

Transliteration: Machlon
Phonetic Spelling: makh-lone’

Chilion  כליון

The name Chilion is not very cheerful

he was a complainer and it is spelled the same way as,

but pronounced slightly different from,

the noun כליון ( killayon ),

meaning failing or annihilation,

Also

כִּלְיוֹן    Ḵilyōn

further meaning is:

Wasting Away

 Pining

Coming To An End,

Man Of Finality

Used up, consumed, finite.

From the verb כלה – kala,

to come to an end.

Chilion is pronounced kil-yone’

Strong’s concordance H3630

And they came Judges. 5:30 into the country of Moab, and continued (Hebrew) were there.

[They continued there]

While the famine continued, they could remain, which was lawful: However, it was not lawful to abide for ever in a foreign land, both because of the danger of idolatry; and on account that they may become forgetful of the covenant and appointed times of the Law.

Remember, all the males were required to go up three times in a year to the Temple, Appointed Times/Feasts.

Ruth 1:3

tells us that Elimelech died in Moab leaving Naomi with her 2 sons

Mahlon married Ruth and Chilion /Kilion married Ruth’s sister Orpah.

Strong’s Hebrew: 6204. עָרְפָּה (Orpah)

Ruth   Orpah עָרְפָה

Phonetic Spelling: or-paw’ ‎ ʿorpā,

meaning neck or fawn or

back of the neck; she turned her back on Naomi.

The name Orpah comes from the verb ערף ( arap ).

The added letter he is a common feminization form:

The verb ערף ( ‘arap) means to drip or drop.

Noun עריף ( ‘arip) means cloud and ערפל ( ‘arapel) describes a heavy cloud mass.

The noun ערף ( ‘orep) means neck.

Hebrew Strongs #06204: hpre `Orpah Orpah = “gazelle” 1) a Moabite woman, wife of Chilion, the son of Naomi, and sister-in-law of Ruth 6204 `Orpah or-paw’ feminine of 6203; mane; Orpah, a Moabites:-Orpah.

It is highly probable that during the 10 years of marriage Naomi would have recounted the stories of her homeland and of the God in whom she believed.

This God who created the universe and brought her people out of slavery performing mighty miracles while leading them for 40 years through the wilderness to the promised land where they had come from. She may have told them the history of Jerichos walls falling down the other side of the Dead Sea and of Rahabs courage to save her family with Joshuas men and the scarlet cord in her window. She may have shared how her God had provided guidelines that helped His people and stopped them from hurting one another opposite to the demands of their false god to sacrifice children as a form of worship.

Sadly, about ten years later, both of Naomis sons died.

It would be interesting to know why all three died; it’s unusual for all the men in a family to die at more or less the same time. However God had a plan and the timing was crucial had they not died the women would probably have remained in Moab.

So Mahlon and Chilions wives, Ruth and Orpah tragically became widows; they were alone and they faced certain poverty and a future of destitution as they had no one to support them. Their death leaves Naomi, Ruth and Orpah stranded, without protection, they had to find a refuge, or starve.

Not long after that, probably towards the end of the period of the Judges, in c.1060BC/1050BC, news came to Naomi that the famine in Israel was over and that God was blessing her people; this made her want to return to Bethlehem.

Ruth 1:6-18

Naomi decides to return alone; assuming that Ruth and Orpah would not want to return to Bethlehem with her, even though the women respected and loved each other.the main problem for Ruth and Orpah was that they were Moabite women, not Israelites.

The Moabite people were traditional enemies of the Israelites. There was frequent warfare between the two groups. As previously mentioned according to the Israelite belief, Moabites came from the act of incest between Lot and his older daughter (Genesis 19:30-38), and to them the whole nation was tainted and inferior.

At first both Ruth and Orpah wanted to go with her.

Naomi loved the women but she reminded them that if they did leave with her, they would become the foreigners and so she encouraged them to return to their mothers house.

Verse 8.

Naomi did not want a bad future for them and said to them; the lord deal kindly with you as you have dealt with the dead and with me.

Her genuine desire was for them to remarry into their own people and to be at peace.

They lifted up their voices and wept v.9

Then in verse 10 they insisted on accompanying her because they didn’t want to leave her. Naomi told them she had no more sons for them to marry. Obviously she loved them v13 and crying with loud sobbing Orpah kissed Naomi goodbye; however Ruth clung onto her and what Ruth says at this moment is recorded in verses 16-17 and are without doubt some of the most touching and beautiful words in the Bible.

But Ruth said: “Entreat me not to leave you, Or to turn back from following after you; For wherever you go, I will go; And wherever you lodge, I will lodge; Your people shall be my people, And your God, my God. Where you die, I will die, and there I will be buried. May the LORD punish me, and ever so severely, if anything but death separates you and me.

This is a prophetic reference to the heathen, goyim, gentile nations being grafted in as they believe in the God of Israel.

Orpah, decided to return to her people and the Moabite way of life, but Ruth could not be budged.

She had shared loneliness, anxiety and grief with Naomi, and now that the older woman was completely alone, Ruth stood by her and out of love and loyalty to her mother-in-law, accompanied Naomi back to Bethlehem, while Orpah stayed in Moab.

This revealed that not only is she is devoted to Naomi but that she was also willing to totally submit her life and future to Naomis’ God, the God of Israel. Ruth abandoned her lifelong home and her pagan gods and she became a Jew by choice.

The scriptures show that she had some understanding of what she was doing and that she had a relationship with Him, as she uses the proper name of the God of Israel saying; the existing one/ Yahweh /Lord.

The last part of verse 17 was her promise to Naomi. This was more than Naomi could resist and they headed towards Bethlehem together along the dusty road.

This young womans decision 3000+ years ago was more than a step towards Bethlehem it was a momentous decision to both follow Naomi and Naomi’s God who had also become her God.

The extraordinary modern painting (below) of Ruth and Naomi captures the essence of the story: the mutual dependence of people within a family. It shows the younger woman, Naomi, sheltering and protecting the elderly woman (billowing cape as shield against harsh weather, supportive arm around the shoulder) and the older woman leading the way (staff in her hand, grey hair signifying both wisdom and experience).

Together, the figures form a single unit, stronger together than they would be if they had gone their separate ways.

Chag means feast or festival,

and has its root in the word chah-gog,

By definition, these three feasts

are to be celebrated before the Lord

in a joyous, party atmosphere with singing, dancing,

and processions.

Gleaning was a common practice in ancient Israel.

It was a form of charity for the disadvantaged

(see Leviticus 23:22 and Deuteronomy 24:19).

Recognized groups of the poor, such as widows, orphans and foreigners, could walk behind the harvesters, picking up what was left. This is what Ruth did.

They knew that women took an active part in all stages of food production – and Ruth decided she would help to glean the barley in the fields, to feed herself and Naomi and to get a store of grain for winter.

So to keep them from starving to death, Ruth gleans grain in the field of Naomi’s relative, Boaz.

For Ruth, this course of action behind her words led to her salvation…

Sapphire – Ten Sayings – Part 2 – and a Rebel Lion?

Sapphire from a word in the French language, which in turn comes from a Latin word, this comes from a Greek word which originates in an ancient Hebrew word  סַפִּיר  SAPPIR. sap-peer’ Strongs 5601.

The root of the Hebrew word is SAPHAR and it means:

to speak,

to tell,

to declare.

So it would follow that if the tablets were made of sapphire (SAPPIR) they declared the Word of the Lord, the content of His covenant in their meaning –

they spoke, told, and declared.

EX 24:10 work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body

כְּמַעֲשֵׂה֙ לִבְנַ֣ת הַסַּפִּ֔יר וּכְעֶ֥צֶם  הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם .

His Word is the most precious stone above any jewel and here every Word of God is a sapphire and a spoken one, declaring His love and commitment to His people. Every Word of His is a priceless treasure, a saphar. The Word is a Jewel – a sapphirYeshua was the Word made flesh.

He is the precious stone beyond all price.

He SPOKE,

and DECLARED the word of Lord,

He came to TELL us the good news of the renewed covenant.

We in turn are sapphires for Him,

speaking, declaring and telling of His love.

Isaiah 62:3 – Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God. Zechariah 9:16-17 – And the LORD their God shall save them in that day as the flock of his people: for they [shall be as] the stones of a crown, lifted up as an ensign upon his land.

One day we will be jewels in His crown.

So much of the, beyond earthly phenomena, concerning the things of the Lord cannot be comprehended by our finite minds. These constructs are outside of our normal thinking.

The tablets were said to contain the whole of the law, which sounds ridiculous and yet, even 50 years ago, no one would have believed, or imagined a computer, that could fit in your pocket, (mobile cell phone). Equipped with massive storage capacity and worldwide access to infinite information at our fingertips!

In a recent article above.  Did these Sapphires come from heaven???

The question to ponder is.. The Word says John 1:3  that nothing was made without Him..

All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made;

..therefore, technology is not superior to God and He must be the originator of it. Think of Elijahs ‘chariot of fire’ and Ezekiel’s wheels within wheels.

The Ancient Of Days, the Glory Of God, appears to the Prophet Ezekiel. He Sees Messiach Yeshua ( Messiah Jesus ), “the likeness of a Man above, upon a throne, which had the likeness of a Sapphire stone“.

This glorious unfolding open vision of God’s extreme glory was revealed to the Prophet, before sending him to the rebellious house of Israel.

There are many instances where biblical events could be understood as possible references to ‘technology’, as we understand and how we would describe it today. These things are not a surprise to God!

Isn’t it interesting that we call the hand-held-portable ones ‘tablets’!

Today technical specialists are working with crystalline materials. Crystals have magnetic properties, which enable them to retain much information. Granite and many other stones have a similar structure. (Magnets and magnetic properties are used in all computers and data storage components, even back to the reel to reel tape and compact cassette.)

Clear crystal and blue sapphire are also among the foundations of the New Jerusalem.

Apparently the first set of tablets that were smashed were kept and placed in a second ark/box and stored beside the main ark of the covenant.

Were the 2nd set also cut from the sapphire throne?

How did he engrave them?

Hammer and chisel?

These were forbidden, so sometime we have to go to the world of legends to find the revelation of truth.

The sages of the Hebrews puzzled long over the apparent difficulty of building the grandeur of the temple of Solomon without the known building tools of the iron chisel and hammer. Yet the very use of these instruments was forbidden by the Lord of hosts.

“In building the temple, only blocks dressed at the quarry were used, and no hammer, chisel or any other iron tool was heard at the temple site while it was being built.” 1 Kings 6:7

There is also a reference in the ancient writings to a worm called a Shamir.

This is not the only time that worms are used for God’s purposes.

Click below

Another reference to sapphire stone is in Exodus 28:15

Sapphire was one of the precious stones set in the high priest’s “breastplate of judgment”.

So there are several references where sapphire is connected to both rebellion and judgment

Below are some possible options of how the engraving was done in both cases.

Whereas the Talmudic traditions, such as the BT Sotah 48:B, suggest that the gemstones were set in the breastplate while ‘in the fullness’ it appears that the faceting and size of these stones appear to be uniform and equal.

According to tradition the incredible stone cutting Shamir worm was rediscovered by Solomon who learned of this amazing little worm, no bigger than the grain of barley that could cut through any stone on earth. It was better than the sharpest iron instrument known.

Solomon learned that Moses also used this ‘worm’ in order to engrave the ten commandments on the stone that Yahweh had entrusted to him. Again according to tradition, since that day, the ‘worm’ was kept in the custody of the demon Ashmedai, the Prince of the Sea, who in turn kept it in the safe custody of the hoopoe bird (or woodcock).

In the Mishnah Avot 5:6, the Shamir was created on the sixth day of creation and was given to the hoopoe-bird (woodcock) who kept it in her custody throughout the ages in the Garden of Eden.  This marvelous bird would on occasion take this worm and carry it across the earth, carrying it tightly in her beak, letting it down only to create a fissure on a desolate mountain peak so that the seeds of plants and trees could sprout and provide her food.

When the Israelites were camped near Mount Horeb/Sinai, the Lord brought the Shamir and gave it to Bezalel, בְּצַלְאֵל, to engrave the names of the twelve tribes on the twelve stones of the breastplate of the high priest, Aaron.  Then the Lord gave it back to the custody of the hoopoe-bird.  Here she kept it in a leaden box, with fresh barley, wrapped in a woolen cloth.  That is until Solomon needed it to build the Temple of the Lord in Jerusalem.  Since that day, the Shamir has been lost.

Of course, most Talmudic arguments were debated during the Roman imperial rule. In Latin, the Shamir was known as smiris corundum, the substance of sapphires and rubies and the hardest known gem next to the diamond.  The substance of legends has a kernel of truth and now we know the ‘rest of the story’.

The process of engraving by the shamir included a special method of splitting the gemstones open but at the same time not missing any part of the stone.

Maybe within the hoard of the treasures of Solomon’s temple, we will find evidence of the technological sophistication, such as diamond drills, diamond and corundum bit saws that scholars have long felt did not exist in the 11th century BCE.

The Ancient Solar Premise is another suggested option:

Archimedes and the burning mirror.

The premise embraces ancient cultures from all over the world. It shows how they all used potent mirrors to turn stone to glass, vaporize metals and win wars.

When this tool is combined with the operation of the world’s iconic pyramids, shrines and stone circles, a paradigm shift is forced. The picture below shows an intense dynamic tube of energy.

The power has been made as high as 15MW/sqm with this method. This easily splits or melts just about any stone.

Is this the fabled ‘Shamir worm’ mentioned in the Old Testament? It is certainly capable of delivering many of the results associated with the Shamir.

For further research, there are photos online of the results of using the devices and videos showing this technology actually in use.

What was the finger of God?

Does He have fingers like us.. as Yeshua/Jesus had?

Could it have been some form of laser? God is not human form or He could not be omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotent.

According to 1 John 1:5; He is Light, Light is energy. He has lightning proceeding from the place of His presence/His throne.

Lightning is plasma energy, electric emanations.

People often say the touch of God’s power to heal and restore feels like a tingling sensation; similar to electricity flowing through the body, and also many times like heat.

Heat is energy… think solar…

Ever touched something and got a shock from it? Static electricity will even make your hair stand on end!

Luke 11:20 says But if I drive out demons by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you

The finger of God is Ruach HaKodesh.

We are electric beings in an electro-magnetic universe!

How does one restart a heart that has arrested?

We send a strong electric current through it!

Our brains are computers and neurons continually fire across the synapses with electrical current sending information to the rest of the body……

The 1st broken set of tablets is somewhere…. And maybe will be revealed in Gods perfect time, together with the ark of the covenant that was hidden by Josiah.

In the eighteenth year of his reign, King Josiah of Judah ordered the caretakers of the Ark of the Covenant to return it to the temple in Jerusalem (2 Chronicles 35:1-6; cf. 2 Kings 23:21-23).

Tradition says that the Ark was hidden by Josiah (Mishna, Shekal 6:1–2; Talmud: Yoma 52b, 53b–54a; Horayoth 12a).4 Irrespective of this and despite the two preceding accounts regarding Ethiopia and Tannis, the Ark appears again in the biblical narrative when King Josiah ordered the return of the Ark of the Covenant to the temple.  the Ark had to have been hidden between the 18th year of Josiah, (when we are told he had it taken to Solomon’s temple), and 35 years later, when the temple was destroyed; it was NOT taken to Babylon, based on the information from the Scriptures which told what went to Babylon & what was returned).

It was most likely hidden just prior to the destruction of the temple, when Jerusalem was surrounded by the Babylonian siege wall; and it was hidden somewhere within the confines of the city wall of Jerusalem and the Babylonian siege wall. The entire city AND the temple were destroyed in 586 BC by the Babylonians, so the Ark could have only escaped destruction or captivity by NOT being anywhere in the city.

The destruction of the 1st set was a consequence of rebellious behavior on the part of the people. A lack of patience gave way to taking things into their own hands and doing their own thing.

They had just exited Egypt and were still full of the worlds ways. They had been set free but were not fully delivered or renewed in mind. They assumed Moses was dead after almost 6 weeks had passed waiting in the desert and they became fearful of their future with no leader.

This rebellion at Shavuot when the covenant was given resulted in judgment and death 3000 perished.

Yeshua came to fulfill the law.

God’s instructions included the 7 Appointed times! Moses delivered it Messiah fulfilled it.

At the Shavuot of Pentecost when the Ruach HaKodesh, was given there was salvation – eternal life and it is recorded that 3000 were present. 3000 came to life, here fulfilling the statement, the letter kills but the spirit gives life.

The old and renewed covenant are joined together, both initiated on the same date.

The spirit given the same day as the law; because

the law can tell us the will of God

but only

the Spirit can give us the the power to live it.. and for it to be evidence in our lives of His indwelling presence.

Then, His presence was contained in a specially prepared vessel – an ark. In the second His presence contained in specially prepared vessels – believers who had counted the Omer of 50 preparation days.

The definition of a rebellion is a resistance against something, particularly the government, authority or other controlling forces.

Strongs 4784 marah: מָרָה

to be contentious or rebellious

Phonetic Spelling: (maw-raw’)

Strongs 4805 meri: מְרִי rebellion

Phonetic Spelling: (mer-ee’)

Strong’s Number: H4776  mĕrad מְרַד rebellion

Biblical Pronunciation: meh-RAHD

An example of a rebellion is a refusal by a large group of people to follow a law.

The Jews rebelled against the Roman rule of tyranny – so not all rebellion is wrong!

Rebellion, uprising, or insurrection is a refusal of obedience or order. It refers to the open resistance against the orders of an established authority.. A rebellion originates from a sentiment of indignation and disapproval of a situation and then manifests itself by the refusal to submit or to obey the authority responsible for this situation.

It is action against those in authority, against the rules, or against normal and accepted ways of behaving.

If we look in Matt.23:1-12, at some of the comments and actions of Jesus/Yeshua in connection to the hypocrisy Pharisees and Sadducees and the then Sanhedrin who ruled over the people, He actually was ‘in rebellion,’ according to the dictionary definition, against their (man-made) laws.

However this rebellion, was a righteous stand against those who had perverted and twisted God’s original commandments.

The original rebellion against God was ha satan Satan personifies rebellion. It was Lucifer’s rebellious action that saw him tossed out of heaven and renamed Satan, Adversary:

How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations! Isaiah 14:12

In referencing Satan’s fall from heaven Yeshua/Jesus said in

Luke 10:18 “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven”.

The five “I will” statements made by Satan in Isaiah 14 each take a step toward God, with each new step being greater than the previous. Satan’s desire to “climb the ladder” and ascend to heaven may mean that his rebellion began on earth. He desired to raise his seat above that of all the other angels.

In chapter 3:7 John called the religious leaders..

Jesus/Yeshua said they were of their father the devil and pronounced Seven Woes Upon the Scribes and Pharisees, Matt. 23:13-36; John 8:44.

Only Matthew records this scathing denunciation of the Jewish religious leaders.

These woes, in contrast to the Beatitudes, denounce false religion as utterly abhorrent to God and worthy of severe condemnation. No passage in the Bible is more biting, more pointed, or more severe than this pronouncement of Messiah upon the Pharisees.

It is very significant that He singled them out, as opposed to the Sadducees, who were more liberal, and the Herodians, who were the politicians. The Pharisees, while attempting to honor the Word of God and manifesting an extreme form of religious observance, were actually the farthest away from God.

No wonder it was something to rebel and have a righteous revolution against!

His first condemnation, in 23:13, related to the fact that they did all they could to shut out others.

False religion and pretense are always the worst enemies of the truth and are far more dangerous than immorality or indifference.

As the religious leaders of the Jews, they were held guilty before God of blocking the way for others seeking to enter into the kingdom of God.

Messiah’s condemnation of the Scribes and Pharisees pretensions, does not rule out reasonable recognition of authority in Israel or in the church, but obviously prohibits making this a goal in itself.

Instead, He held before them the desirability of one who ministers, and being a servant concluding,

“And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted” (v. 12).

His disciples were not to seek to be called ‘rabbi’, and were forbidden to use the word ‘father’, indiscriminately, even though Paul used ‘father’, correctly in 1 Corinthians 4:15, and John addressed fathers in 1 John 2: 13-14. The general teaching is clear.

They were not to seek man-exalting titles such as rabbi/teacher, father, or minister, in order to gain the recognition of men; they are not titles but descriptive of the functions of service. Disciples of Messiah are not to exalt themselves but should seek to serve others and leave the exalting to God Himself.

Yeshua/Jesus concluded with the seventh woe, in verse 29, in which He charged them with building tombs of the prophets and garnishing them with decorations and claiming that they would not be partakers with their fathers in martyring prophets.

Yeshua/Jesus called their very witness to account, that they were the children of those who killed the prophets, and He told them, in verse 32,

“Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.”

In other words, do what your fathers did and even do worse.

Yeshua/Jesus was, of course, referring to their intent to kill Him and to their later persecution of the church.

In the severest terms, in verse 33, Yeshua/Jesus addressed them,

“Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?”

He described the Scribes and Pharisees as poisonous snakes, destined for terrible judgment which would be theirs in hell, specifically Gehenna, the place of eternal punishment.

So in this instance, the definition of a rebellion: being a resistance against something, particularly the government, authority or other controlling forces; and an example of a rebellion, is a refusal by a large group of people to follow a law… It would seem to be the correct word!

Furthermore, while looking at the word rebellion

itself and dividing it in two.. we get

REBEL LION!

Could it be said that Yeshua/Jesus was the Rebel Lion of the tribe of Judah!?

He came and reversed the curse and re-established our spiritual connection to our Heavenly Father.

It seems this rebel-lion was more of a revolution, an insurrection prior to the resurrection!

We need to rise up and become rebel lions, rebelling and standing against the antichrist system of the world and occupy till He comes. Even though the devil is the ‘god of this world’ and was able to offer it to Jesus/Yeshua, He refused and went to the cross; then He said

but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

Eph. 6:12  (KJV). For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

This is what we are to rebel against as we follow Him so we are to be rebel lions against all false teaching and the traditions of men that make the Word of God of no effect.

Let us become those Rebel Lions of the tribe of Judah and rise up in the TRUTH of His Word and His Luchot cut from Sappir, the Sapharspeaking, telling, declaring the victory – not by sight but by faith – Because…

we have been crucified with Christ, and we no longer live, but Christ lives in us. The life we now live in the body, we live by faith in the Son of God, who loved us and gave Himself for us. Gal 2:20

Please don’t leave this page until you are no longer in

rebellion

towards The Father/Av or Messiah Jesus/Yeshua but make sure you are a

Rebel Lion of the Royal Tribe of Judah walking

on the stones of

heavenly fire – the paved work of sapphire.

Shalom Alecheim!

Please don’t leave this site without knowing you are saved and assured that you belong to Him; with a deep conviction that you know where you will go, when your body can no longer sustain you in this realm.

Make certain Jesus is your Redeemer, Savior, Lord and soon returning King and that you have a personal relationship with Him.

You are greatly loved and precious in His sight.

Its all about Life and Relationship not Religion.

NOT SURE?

Then simply SAY THE FOLLOWING FROM YOUR HEART RIGHT NOW…

Heavenly Father I come to you in the Name of Jesus asking for forgiveness of my sins for which I am truly sorry. I repent of them and turn away from my past.

I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus is your Son and that He died on the cross at calvary to pay the price for my sin, so that I might be forgiven and have eternal life in the kingdom of Heaven. Father I believe that Jesus rose from the dead and I ask you to come into my life right now and be my personal Savior and Lord and I will worship you all the days of my life. Because your word is truth I say that I am now forgiven and born again and by faith I am washed clean with the blood of Jesus. Thank you that you have accepted me into your family in Jesus’ name. Amen.

A Paradox – The Echad of Elohim?

The first 3 words of the first book of Genesis are: B’resheet bara elohim. – In the beginning God

אֵ֥ת הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם אֱלֹהִ֑ים בָּרָ֣א בְּרֵאשִׁ֖ית

אֱלהִים Elohim (el-o-heem’) is a plural word IM. There are various interpretations of the word Elohim but this is not the main focus this post; however to briefly recap. One meaning of Elohim/elohiym is God, or because its plural in the Hebrew text, it reads gods.

Strong’s Concordance number: 430.  the (TRUE) God,  הוא האלהים   Yahweh is (the) God. Deuteronomy 4:35,39

First Bible reference: Gen. 1:1 and over 2300 times. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. (Genesis 1:1, KJV)

’Elohim is the plural of ’Eloah.

It places more emphasis on God’s strength, might, and power.

Plural of H433; gods in the ordinary sense; but specifically used (in the plural thus, especially with the article) of the supreme God; occasionally applied by way of deference to magistrates; and sometimes as a superlative. KJV Usage: angels, (gods) divine (1), divine being (1), exceedingly (1), God (2326), god (45), God’s (14), goddess (2), godly (1), gods (204), great (2), judges (3), mighty (2), rulers (1), shrine* (1).

Paleo-Hebrew Amazing Meanings of Letters in Bereshyt!

The mystery here is that in the Hebrew language, when we see a plural word, ending in IM, it is telling us there is something deeper behind the nouns and the verbs used in the text.

It’s telling us there is something profound about the reality behind the word itself.

(If this is your first time on mmm click link below for more on IM’s in scripture.)

Important note:

All the subjects and content are all so far reaching they cannot be fully covered within the limits of a single post. Rather they are all tips of the iceberg and designed to encourage further personal study and all are encouraged to dig further into the word of God for themselves and to check out the validity of what is discussed. It’s not a matter of being right or wrong but of seeking the truth: who is the express person of Jesus/Yeshua. The whole of scripture points to Messiah Yeshua, Jesus Christ the anointed son of the living God.

It’s often hard to find a stopping point and as always some details have to be left out. As everything is so interconnected, it is only as Ruach Hakodesh gives inspiration, can the posts flow and reveal patterns within texts, with which we are so familiar and thought we knew and understood. It’s not that what we knew, was, or is, wrong; it is the line upon line, precept upon precept thinking of the Hebrew mind, that there are levels of understanding. All are correct, it is always the Father, adding to and revealing more of Himself in His Word.

This post is no exception and many have questioned. How is God one, yet three at the same time? The Trinity is a common reference to the image of a triune God, Father, Son and Holy Ghost/Spirit.

Here is a look at a possible way to understand this concept.

These are some thoughts to ponder and stir our hearts to know Him in a more personal and deeper way, everything is to direct us to the Father in Jesus/Yeshua’s Name by the power of His Holy Spirit.

No apologies for repeating some pertinent statements, as that’s the way we all learn; and not least because this may be the first post for some, and will make little sense if previous ones have not yet been read. So please bear with seeming repetitions.

His ways are not ours and this is most relevant in our western ways of thinking and doing. God is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob/Israel and is the God of the Hebrews so we should look at the Hebrew roots of the Christian faith.

Studying the Hebrew culture to understand the Bible better. Holy days, manners, thinking, concepts, customs, and daily life at the time of Messiah Jesus/Yeshua.

Here we need to understand that not only is Gods way of thinking and doing not ours, but our Greek western mindset and how we perceive things, is also at odds with the Hebrew mindset that came from the Father. This being the case, it would behoove us to gain a little insight and get some understanding of what HE IS SAYING if we are to begin to obey. Get wisdom get understanding.

The wisdom is not based on the worlds wisdom and common sense as James 3 states:

15. This is not the wisdom that comes down from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic.

However, on the wisdom of Ruach HaKodesh.

‘But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.’

James 3:17 The wisdom from above. He noted that, bitter jealousy and selfish ambition, can wreck any relationship, including those in a family, however he was equally convinced that true wisdom comes from above, and that divine wisdom will surely shape our souls in ways that create peaceful, generous living. Full of Shalom.

A brief look at the way the Greek mindset is at odds with the Hebraic mindset. For we are to renew our minds not in accordance with the ideologies of the Greek, Hellenistic world, but with the Word of God. Rom.12:2

Briefly, our old thinking and old behavior has to change. Let this mind be in you .. renewed by the washing of the word.. then we will have the mind of Messiah, for He was the Word made flesh.

Hebrew Concept of Knowledge is:

Right Acting Leads To Right Thinking.

From: Action – Reflection – Embodiment – Mentoring – Modeling.

We often end up with new thinking and old behavior blending the Greek mindset and not depending on, thinking our way into a new way of acting, because the Greek concept of knowledge is:

Right Thinking Leads To Right Acting’ and everything comes from the Academy,(Academia/Education), Information, Ideas, Conferences and Books.

For the Greek mind, new thinking and new behavior comes from the action of learning – as opposed to the Hebrew mind which as a disciple who is ‘doing’ first, vs. the Academy WAY (academic).

Yes, we need to study to show ourselves approved but to be Hebraic, it must be action first. Hear and DO.

The Hebraic thinking is: we act our way into a new way of thinking!

In Hebrew, our Education begins with knowledge of God.

In Greek, knowledge of man.

In Hebrew, the Essential quality is holiness of God; (set-apart to Him).

In Greek the aim is transference of knowledge.

In Hebrew, Education is for all the people.

In Greek it’s for the privileged, the wealthy and for leisure classes.

In Hebrew, Education’s purpose is to develop the whole person.

In Greek it’s focus is on personal aptitudes and talents (self-improvement like body beautiful, etc.).

In Hebrew the reason why we learn, is to revere God.

In Greek, we learn just to comprehend with no further action.

In Hebrew the object to learn, is to know God and submit to the authority of His Word.

In Greek the object is to know thyself!

Rom.12:2 is saying, don’t copy the behavior and customs and the WAYs of the world, but let God transform us into a new person; (a new creature 2 Cor.5:17), by changing the WAY we think.

This is truly only possible, if we are thinking with a Hebrew mind – like Jesus/Yeshua. (No wonder some of the scriptures are hard to both understand and emulate!)

One interpretation is that the word, ElohIM, is revealing that no matter how much we think we know of God there’s always more. There is no end, He is infinite and beyond amazing, more than wonderful, more than beautiful, more in every way. He is Avinu, Yeshua, Ruach HaKodesh and yet He is ONE – Echad …

How is that possible?

How can He be One of many?

The Echad of Elohim – seems like a paradox!

The Bamidbar of Echad, the number of one.

Perspectives of Echad – equations and dimensions.

Echad – Is God’s ‘oneness’ explained BY a math equation? …What???

Debarim – Deut. 6:4; Mark 12;29.

A definition of ECHAD…

Oneness and strength derived from twisting and binding together.

An example is seen in the threads of a rope. Although varying in size and thickness, when twisted together they form one single continuous rope; which derives its strength from it’s fibers, twisting against themselves.

The tzit tzit of the Tallit is an example too, especially with its meanings.

Hear, understand and obey Israel, Yahveh is your God, His majesties. Yahveh is echad (one) Deuteronomy 6:4

The roots of our faith are undoubtedly in the land of Israel. Jesus/Yeshua, was a Jewish man of Israelite descent and of the line of David and Judah. God was of course His father, Messiah Himself told us to love the Lord our God. He answered, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind;” and “your neighbor as yourself.” Luke 10:27

We are not required to become Jewish or to convert to that faith, in doing so one would have to deny Jesus/Yeshua is the Messiah.

Jesus/Yeshua said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. Deuteronomy 6:5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. Matt 22:37

It all begins with our heart/leb or lev. When our heart is turned away from the Lord by sins such as are subtly disguised by the enemy in preoccupations, and love for worldly things; our heart is covered by a veil, and we can’t see or reflect the Lord. When we turn our heart to the Lord within us, the veil is removed, and we can see the glorious Messiah.

https://www.minimannamoments.com/because-9/

To Love God with All our Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength means to make Him our greatest treasure. This gives us the desire to value our relationship with Him, over and above anything and everything else in our lives.

Jesus/Yeshua was quoting Deuteronomy and the 10 sayings or 10 commandments. (Which were a list incorporating other guidelines for living a holy -kadosh- set apart – life).

This portion of Torah is a declaration of faith. It is a call to love the Lord your God and have no other gods before Him.

It is contained within a short prayer, said daily by most Jews. It’s called the SHEMA and is taken from the first word of the prayer meaning, hear, in Hebrew.

Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is ONE.

Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength”

Hear O Israel the Lord is our God the Lord is ONE. Blessed be the name of His glorious kingdom for ever and ever.

Sh’ma Yisrael Adonai Eloheinu Adonai ECHAD.

It’s a unifying statement that conveys loyalty to God, the Torah, (Bible: first 5 books), to Israel, and to all the principles, values and commandments in the Bible.

As the Jewish Bible does not include the New Testament there is no specific mention of Jesus/Yeshua here, just God.

Shema means; hear, listen and obey. It is pronounced shem-ah’. Strongs 8086

Echad pronounced ekh-awd’ means ONE, alike, alone and it can mean unique, unit and united.

Strongs 259 God is ONE God here.

The Hebrews reverence the name of God very seriously and they do not pronounce it or say it flippantly and mostly never at all. The letters YHVH or YHWH (Yaweh) are said to not be known in how exactly they should be pronounced.

The name was only spoken one day a year by High Priest and now no one is certain how to pronounce it. Maybe that’s a good thing as we say god, so many times and so loosely, even reducing it to letters o m g. (It’s questionable as to which god it is referring?)

Two extremes, one group won’t voice the name due to deep reverential respect and often simply saying the words ‘the name’ which in Hebrew is ‘ha shem.

The other group texting in slang with 3 letters. Our glib use and disrespectful references show a lack of understanding concerning the ONE whose name we invoke. Small comfort to true believers is that the god to which they refer, is probably not the same God that we do.

God is ONE however. Referred to by Himself and other places in the scriptures, where His attributes and character are described, e.g.

Here in Deut. 6:4, God is Echad – One. He exists as ONE and yet He exists as 3… so how can 3 be1?

He is one being yet 3 entities that are connected through the Lord by the Lord in the Lord. (Here are some dimensions.)

1+1+1 we know as Father, Son, & Holy Spirit.

Avinu – Yeshua – Ruach HaKodesh

and they do not exist independently of each other. Jesus/Yeshua, was very clear on that point: I and my father are ONE/ECHAD. John 10:30.

He also promised, when I go I will send the comforter. John 16:7.

Ruach HaKodesh comes when Jesus/Yeshua goes.

I can do nothing of Myself but the Father that DWELLETH in Me, He doeth the works. John 5:19.

Rather they exist BY the other.

They co-operate, co-exist, are ONE unit but 3 compartments.

Wisdom, ruach and Yeshua were present with the Father at creation the Word says they have always existed.

There was a moment, (and the only one instance recorded), in the New Testament. Here all 3 – ECHAD – were manifest at the same time. This is my beloved SON in whom I am well pleased..

and the RUACH came down on Him.

Matt. 3:17; Mark 1:11; Luke 3:32.

God is spirit, light, energy, like electricity. (People tell of tingling sensations and feeling heat when receiving prayer – like the effects of electrical power.) Pulses of light energy flow constantly from Him, He is the life force of the universe.

Revelation 4:5 tells us that lightning comes from His throne, the place of His presence. And…

Rays of light [stream] from his hand. That is where his power is hidden. And a brightness appeareth as the light; Rays hath He at His side; And there is the hiding of His power.

His radiance is like the sunlight; He has rays flashing from His hand, And there is the hiding of His power. Hab. 3:4

So as a being of light and energy, He can easily be everywhere all at the same time. Omnipresent and omnipotent.

Omni means all; of all things: “omniscient”

Word Origin and History for omni – word-forming element meaning “all,” from Latin omni- , combining form of omnis “all, every, the whole, of every kind,” of unknown origin, perhaps literally “abundant,” from *op-ni- , from PIE root *op- “to work, produce in abundance”

Existing BY each other

In mathematics, the word BY is represented as an X sign. The symbol that means, times or multiplication and not represented as the plus sign (+ addition).

So to reveal the mystery, we need to change the ‘math’ and the equation of

1+1+1 which =3

to

1x1x1 which is = to 1!

Have we simply made the mistake of adding God up to 3??

(my ways are higher than your ways)

and if so, then we make another math mistake of adding God together with us – meaning 2 separate lives 1+1=2 giving the picture of living side by side; co-habiting kind of living. When we should apply the same x principle and God x us is to say 1×1=1Echad. We are so blended with Him we are ONE.

However the scriptures speak of living IN – ABIDING IN – the Lord.

1 Cor. 8:6. Abiding has the Hebrew thought of make to abide, continue, cause to, make to, dwelling, ease self, endure, establish, fail. A primitive root; properly, to sit down (specifically as judge.)

Strong’s Hebrew: 3427. יָשַׁב

(yashab) — to sit, remain, dwell

(yaw-shab’) יָשַׁב

Signifying progressively to “await,” “remain,” “lodge,” “sojourn,” “dwell,” “continue,” “endure”.

Abiding in Christ/Messiah, is not a feeling or a belief, but something we do. (The Hebrew mind-set).

It means to “remain” or “stay” and entails far more than the idea of just continued belief in the Savior.

We are to dwell in the secret place, this will cause us to be/remain stable in the place of hiding. See post

https://www.minimannamoments.com/the-season-of-our-hiding/

Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

BY the Lord and Through the Lord and He By us and through us.

It’s not us that produces fruit, but Him in and through us. We cannot do it and we cannot produce fruit of the spirit; only He can. And that’s how people see Him in us, not us doing the works. This is where we stumble and get it wrong and strive to do things, when we need to get out of God’s way. That’s the dying to self and to our works, our flesh and what we think we are doing FOR Him – that’s not what Jesus/Yeshua taught.

Again we need to go back and find out what did Messiah actually tell us to do? Shema – listen and obey.

The thing with the Shema and ONE God, is that it really, logically and mathematically, is correct. 1x1x1=1

1 by 1 by 1 = 1

1 God x 1 Jesus/Yeshua x 1 Ruach haKodesh are all part of the same 1. He is ONE – Echad

Could the secret of the life of victory be in a mathematical symbol? Simply change the equation from + to x?

It’s all a matter of perspective. We are trying to live, next to God, when we should be living BY and through Him and Him BY and through us as ECHAD/ONE. We are simply a channel, we are to employ His existence in order to truly exist. To live BY (X) and through His life/lives- Chaim.

Both natural, (physical) and spiritual, coexisting, just as Yeshua/Jesus did.

He came to show us how to live BY, (X), His life and to move in His moving BY, (X), the power of the spirit and to love BY (X) His love and it’s how we shall become ONE – ECHAD BY Him.

Not by adding Him, (+), to us but by multiplying 1×1=1.

It’s Him in us. It’s Him merged, melded, blended together with us. So much so, that people do not see us, they see Him.

It’s Him loving BY and through us – doing the work in, BY and through us.

Yeshua/Jesus understood, He said, I and the father are one/echad. John 14:6. John 10:30. He does the works. I must be about my fathers business; (not His own business). Whose business are we occupied with?

Why are we trying to do it some other way, usually our way? ‘God understands’ we say? Jesus said my sheep hear (and obey) My voice. They come in the door, BY Me and not by another WAY. He came to teach us, to show us how and so often we miss it and it may explain why some things seem so hard?

Are we still trying to to do things FOR God instead of BY God? Could this be a reason for the statement He will make…  I never knew you? We did all these things in your name! Yes we did – and not the Father in/by us, x, doing the works. If we are yielded vessels then He can use us. He promises that if we lose our life we will find it.

If we can get hold of the ‘math’, and live with 1x1x1 = Father, Yeshua, Ruach – the Echad of Elohim in us, through us and BY us, we will live By the x. And x usually marks the spot!

A little more perspective reveals that this is possibly the dynamic of miracles. 1×1 His power BY us = His power x us.

He is the original mathematician – numbers are in the Genesis of His creation. Bamidbar.

He is the original scientist, physicist, engineer, electrician, etc. etc. He is the genesis of omni and He is echad. He is chaim – with Him and X Him we are one /echad.

And its how we reconnect to the source of chaim/lifes. This is the secret to the victorious life of a believer for if all things were made BY Him and nothing was not made other than BY and FOR Him then if we do not resist His presence, we cannot fail. For He cannot fail and we are in Him from the beginning – Genesis – B’resheet -בְּרֵאשִׁ֖ית

1×1 The dynamic of miracles, His power BY us.

Bringing us full circle! Alef to Tav! Genesis to Revelation – Beginning to End.

Yeshua/Jesus gave us the WAY, we just need to have our eyes opened and see what’s been right in font of us the whole time… ‘and seeing they do not see’.

We need to stop looking with the natural eyes, and look instead with the eyes of our spirit, for it is said, real eyes realize real lies and truth opens the eyes of our understanding – our leb/heart.

(It puts another spin on the old chorus, ‘in the sweet BY and BY!’ Maybe the writer knew something too!)

A Mystery – How Messiah Takes Blue And Red Threads To Make Purple People.

There is not one insignificant detail from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21.  Everything in scripture tells us something about Messiah. Hebrew is a pictograph language (picture writing), so colors also have meaning and a significant role in the text.

Because everything is connected – links are provided to previous posts that give more detail on the various areas mentioned in this one.

From the High Priest’s garments to the furnishings, coverings, curtains, implements; everything in the colors of the Mishkan /Tabernacle of Moses, was designed according to God’s exact specifications given to Moses on Mt. Sinai.

The instructions for the color of the veils or curtains in the Tabernacle were to be blue, purple and red or scarlet.

Exodus 26:1
“Moreover you shall make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine woven linen and blue, purple, and scarlet thread; with artistic designs of cherubim you shall weave them.”

Exodus 26:31

““You shall make a veil woven of blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine woven linen. It shall be woven with an artistic design of cherubim.”

There were three main colors:  Blue, purple and scarlet, woven throughout the tabernacle from it’s coverings and curtains to the garments of the high priest.  A fourth color, the pure white linen which is not readily visible, served as the foundation of every fabric.

The cloth made for the Mishkan/Tabernacle was woven with the finest tiny threads of blue and red and when they’re positioned so close together they appear to be purple.

Purple is the joining, the melding, combining and blending of blue and red.

This was done as a visual representation

of the place of reconciliation,

the joining

and the place –

‘Ha Makem’-‘The Place’-המקום

was called the Tent of Meeting – it was literally where:

spiritual met physical –

Divine met human –

God met man.

Two realities –

Two realms –

Two dimensions connected.

Shemoth (Exodus) 35:25-26 And all the women that were wise hearted did spin with their hands, and brought that which they had spun, both of blue, and of purple, and of scarlet, and of fine linen.

Linen was white.

White speaks of purity and righteousness.

And every skillful woman spun with her hands, and they all brought what they had spun in blue and purple and scarlet yarns and fine twined linen. All the women whose hearts stirred them to use their skill spun the goats’ hair.

10 An excellent wife who can find?
She is far more precious than jewels. . . .
13 She seeks wool and flax,
and works with willing hands. . . .
19 She puts her hands to the distaff,
and her hands hold the spindle. . . .
21 She is not afraid of snow for her household,
for all her household are clothed in scarlet.
22 She makes bed coverings for herself;
her clothing is fine linen and purple. . . .
24 She makes linen garments and sells them;
she delivers sashes to the merchant.

The order was consistently the same Blue, Purple, Red/Scarlet; from right to left, as with Hebrew writing.

Blue is the color of the sky the heavens and so blue represented the heavenly realm and God so it is always listed as first priority.

Blue typifies God’s divinity. It could be said that it’s the color of God.  Blue has a very special meaning to Him representing shamayim – the heavens. It is said God made the sky blue to reflect the glory of His beloved Son!

The middle color purple depicts royalty and is the melding and joining of blue and red the joining of heaven with earth of God to man of spirit with flesh and only in the joining is the purple seen, revealing a total fusing of all that is Him with all that is us. This is the miracle and hard to comprehend – all that is holy, to all that is not and the mystery of the plan of God to become so totally joined that He/Messiah/God will appear to be as sin.

Red/scarlet is a picture of His human side as well as His shed blood.  The color scarlet or red is connected to man through the word in Hebrew – adam=man; which has its roots in the Hebrew word for red. In the middle east the color of the earth is primarily redred earth from which man was created. Also scarlet/red is the symbol of sin and guilt.

It was a prophetic visual of that day to come at Calvary.

These three colors are always recorded in this order:

Blue, purple, scarlet.

The colors are very significant and are the same colors that are used in the garments of the High Priest.

The color Blue represents Heaven for Blue is the color of the sky and a reminder of the heavenly realm.  We are given a description of a glimpse of Heaven when we read of what Moses, Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu (the sons of Moses), and the 70 elders of Israel saw when they went up to worship God on Mount Sinai:

Exodus 24:10  And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness.

The significance of the color blue would be associated in the minds of all the people with the commandments of the Lord representing the 613 Laws. It also spiritually signifies the Healing Power of God. It is the color which represents, biblically, the Word of God. Numbers 15:38-41 denotes this biblical meaning of blue (fringe of the borders a ribband of blue).

The very fact that the sky is blue stands for His presence; Sapphires reflect a beautiful sky-blue color reminding us of not only the blue heaven we can see but also the Heaven far beyond, the Heaven of heavens.

Nehemiah 9:6  Thou, even thou, art LORD alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee.

The Biblical blue was essential in its use in the Temple in Jerusalem and the scripture commands that this color be worn on the tzitzit, the four-cornered garment of the tallit/prayer shawl.

However, for close to 1500 years, the identity of the Biblical blue was lost to the world.

https://www.minimannamoments.com/mysterious-secret-of-the-hilazon/

Tekhelet is ancient Hebrew for blueviolet, used in Modern Hebrew as a color equivalent to light blue. Information concerning it, remained in passages in the Talmud which describes the source of the blue dye – a snail known as the (C)hilazon. In ancient times purple and blue dyes derived from snails were so rare and sought after that they were literally worth their weight in gold. These precious dyes colored the robes of the kings and princes of Media, Babylon, Egypt, Greece and Rome. To wear them was to be identified with royalty. Notice the red stripes on the inside of the snails shell. By His (blood red) stripes we are healed.

Numbers 15:38-40

The color red in the Bible represents blood.  The life of man is in the blood (Leviticus 17:11) and Messiah’s blood atonement is necessary for the redemption of man. His pure blood paid the penalty for our sins and by His blood, we are washed clean.

Yeshua/Jesus as our Passover sacrifice

Revelation 1:5  And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood.

1 Peter 1:18-19  For as much as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But [redeemed] with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

Col 1:20-21  And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth or things in heaven. And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled.

It also represented the red ribbon of Rahab, which pointed to the inclusion of the Gentiles in salvation.

A darker shade of red is scarlet. It’s a color used, along with blue and purple in the Tabernacle, and it represents earthiness. The Hebrew word for scarlet has the same root meaning of the Hebrew word for earth. Adam was created from the dust of the earth– he was earthy, and in the story it’s told that Esau was born red all over like a hairy garment — With red hair all over his body, and so they named him Esau. Genesis 25:25

Esau became a profane man– a man related not to spiritual things, but to earthly things. Also from the root word of scarlet comes the word for worm.

The psalmist referred to himself as a worm (Psa 22:6), Isaiah referred to Jacob in his natural state as a worm (Isa 41:14), and Yeshua/Jesus referred to unregenerate man as a worm (Mark 9:444648) — and that is exactly what man is in his natural state, without God.  Man’s life is in the blood. He is earthy.  But, redeemed by the pure and precious blood of Messiah, our life is in the Spirit.

Purple represents kingship.

In ancient times, purple dye was expensive, therefore making the color purple symbolic of prestige, nobility and kingship/royalty (Judges 8:26Esther 8:15).

The Bible also reveals purple to be symbolic of wealth, prosperity and luxury (Exodus 28:5Ezekiel 27:7Proverbs 31:22Song of Solomon 3:107:5Luke 16:19Acts 16:14Revelation 17:418:1216).

Purple reminds us of Jesus because He is the King of kings and He lives and rules in the hearts of those who are His.

Romans 15:12  And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust.

1 Timothy 1:17  Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Revelation 19:16  And he [Jesus] hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

The color purple, which combines both blue and red, red/scarlet, which points to Yeshua/Jesus’ blood, His life as a man, and His work on earth (scarlet = earthy), and the color blue, which points to His heavenly dwelling place (blue = Heaven).

https://www.minimannamoments.com/a-mystery-why-was-the-priest-in-the-water/

It directs us to the Royal Priesthood, (Melki-Zedek), which combines both the salvation given to us through the sacrifice of Messiah and our love of the Father shown through our obedience to the Law. As Yeshua/Jesus reminds us Matthew 5:17

Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them. 18 For I tell you truly, until heaven and earth pass away, not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen, will disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.

However the sacrifices are no longer required because He was the lamb of God that took away the sin of the world. John 1:29

White: Due to its purity of light and color, white represents our clean linen garments of righteousness – the garments of salvation, as we prepare ourselves as His Bride to be clothed in the appropriate wedding garment.

White is the presence of all the light in the visible spectrum. Clouds and snow appear as white because almost all of the sun’s light is reflected by the water in the clouds and snow.  Only a very small amount of the visible spectrum is absorbed.  Fully light and without stain, the color white reminds us of the righteousness of Messiah.

He is pure light and pure righteousness and when a sinner comes to Him in faith He washes them clean.

Isaiah 1:18  …though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

When Yeshua/Jesus washes us clean from sin, He makes us “white as snow” by giving us His righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21); representing the perfection of Messiah.

To these four colors was added gold.

The color gold points to God’s deity.  In ancient days, kings, pharaohs, and noblemen were adorned with gold to signify their high position.

King Solomon had an ivory throne overlaid with the best gold (1 Kings 10:18).

When instructions were given for building the furniture in the Tabernacle, God was very specific about the use of gold.  Every piece of furniture pointed to Christ and to His deity.  For example, in the Holy of Holies, the Ark of the Covenant was constructed of acacia wood (symbolic of Yeshua/Jesus’ humanity) and overlaid with pure gold (symbolic of His divinity). The mercy seat was pure gold as well as the two cherubim, one on each side with wings outstretched (Exodus 25:10-21).  The lampstand was constructed of pure gold, and the table of shewbread and the altar of incense were constructed of acacia wood (Christ’s humanity) and overlaid with gold (Christ’s divinity). Another example of gold representing Jesus’ divinity was at His birth. One of the Wise Men presented Him with a gift of gold, a gift befitting the King of kings that pointed to Yeshua/Jesus being the begotten Son of God.

God’s presence was in the Ark and it was also the receptacle of the Holy Spirit.

As the High Priest symbolizes the living Temple – we are the living Temple/Sanctuary today, the gold represents the indwelling of God’s Holy Spirit/Ruach HaKodesh in us.

Just as the gold was interwoven amongst all the other strands of material, so too His Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh ties all the members of the Body of Messiah together.

Gold represents God’s love because His love is more precious and more valuable than all the gold in the world and interestingly adding the letter L to GOD spells GOLD. And like gold, He is highly desired (Psalm 42:263:1Philippians 3:10) and His value exceeds everything and everyone.

Even in the color order there is a secret – a hidden message.

Before Messiah was born to live in a human body, He was fully God, or you could say fully blue – coming from the realm of the heavens, hashamayim.
Human beings, are often referred to as being red blooded. Adam, one of the words for man, in Hebrew, and can have the meaning of red-blooded man.

In modern Israel the word for blood is the word, dam,

which is the root word for “A-dam.”

If we follow this through then, Messiah, the fully blue of heaven, was born of Mary, a fully red human descended from Adam, it could be suggested that God, (in Messiah) became something He never was before – a perfect combination of the two realms Blue and RedPurple, or in this case – The Perfect Human. As the scripture 1Cor.15:45 says He was the Last Adam and the 1st Adam we know was also created perfect.

We as believers, start out fully red (of the earthly realm), accept the fully blue (Messiahs heavenly realm), and then we also become purple, royalty like Messiah as children of the King of kings……

His purple people.

The power of the coming Savior and the Atonement was prophesied through the prophet Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.”

On the cross, Matt 27:46 Mark 15:34 the Savior quoted Psalm 22:1 “My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?”

In this messianic psalm verse 6 states, “I am a worm, and no man” The Hebrew word used here for “worm” (tola’at) refers specifically to the crimson worm.

https://www.minimannamoments.com/the-secret-of-how-a-worm-preached-the-gospel/

The Hebrew words for scarlet (shani) and crimson (tola) signify where the colors were derived from—a worm (most likely Kermes echinatus).

The scarlet or crimson worm is of a family of insects that live on oak trees.

the words scarlet and crimson refer to red colors that come from certain dyes.

Ancient cultures placed great importance on dyes, especially those used for sacred or ceremonial purposes, such as burial clothing or purification rituals (see Leviticus 14:6). The point of a dye is that it is not only colorful but also colorfast, meaning that its rich color will stick to the cloth and not fade or wash away.

Permanent. The colorfast nature of scarlet and crimson dyes is similar to our sins, and “the Lord cannot look upon sin with the least degree of allowance” (Alma 45:16). “According to the great plan of the Eternal God there must be an atonement made, or else all mankind must unavoidably perish” (Alma 34:9).

Only the Blood of Messiah can remove a permanent colorfast stain of sin.

Crimson is a strong, red color, inclining to purple.

It originally referred to the color of the kermes dye produced from an insect, Kermes vermilio, (from where we get our word vermillion); but the name is now sometimes also used as a generic term for slightly bluish-red colors that are between red and rose.

There is a correlation with the Tabernacles’ 4 main colors and the 4 Gospels and also the 4 faced man, the 4 faces of the cherubim.

https://www.minimannamoments.com/a-keruvim-cherub-not-quite-like-we-imagined-part-2/

In Matthew’s gospel Yeshua/Jesus is portrayed most often as King of Kings. Messiah Jesus is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The lineage recorded in Matthew proves his rightful, kingly claim to the throne of His father, King David. The Lion corresponds to Him because it’s known as the King of the animal kingdom. As the color most often associated with royalty is purple, so it is the color of Matthew.

Red is the color for Marks gospel. Here, Messiah is most often referred to as the suffering servant.  The ox was used as a servant – a beast of burden, as well as a sacrificial animal.  Yeshua/Jesus went about doing good, healing, restoring.   Mark’s gospel records that He came not to be served, but to serve.  In Marks account, there is no genealogy here probably because the lineage or pedigree of a servant is not necessary.

The Temple veil with depiction of the four gospels.

In Luke, Yeshua/Jesus is portrayed in everyday and familiar domestic settings, we read of Him being among Mary, Martha and Lazarus and other ones that He loved so much. Its in Luke that the Prodigal son is recorded.  White is also associated with this gospel. In Luke’s record, Messiah is most often referred to as the son of Man, one of the 4 faces portrayed on the temple veil.

The reason for the portrayal as a man may be because its easy to get caught up in His Divinity, Holiness, majesty and might, that we sometimes forget that He is also fully human, with human emotions and human sympathies.

Hebrews 4:15 New International Version (NIV). 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are —yet he did not sin.

He doesn’t merely know how we feel the scripture seems to tell us that He feels what we feel. His lineage recorded here goes all the way back to Adam proving that He is 100% a human man.

Yeshua/Jesus is portrayed most often as the, Very God, from heaven so Blue
is connected with the Gospel of John, for here His Godhood is revealed. The Eagle, which soars high above in the heavens, represents this Gospel and there is no genealogy in John’s account because, as divinity, an eternal being, He has no beginning and no end.

The high priest’s garments and the Ephod itself also had a fifth element woven throughout, 5 is the numerical value of grace.

This 5th element was Pure gold thread.

Gold depicts God’s divinity and gave durability to the cloth as well as a glistening sheen. Artisans of ancient Israel took the purest fine gold and first hammered or beat it into very thin sheets until it was paper thin.  Next, they cut it into tiny strips, rolled and stretched it until it was very fine thread.  This was woven in amongst the blue, purple, scarlet and white linen and fashioned into the Ephod and the breastplate on which were mounted the 12 precious stones, representing the 12 tribes of Israel.

This hammering, beating, cutting, rolling and stretching is a graphic representation of the beating Messiah received as He took our place.  The scriptures record in Isaiah that He was brutalized so badly by the sadistic Roman soldiers, that He was not even recognizable as human.

All the remaining copious amounts of gold throughout the tabernacle was Beaten and hammered into shape, it was all fashioned in the same way.

The Gospels represent a beautifully woven tapestry of the Blue, Purple, Scarlet, White and Gold.

As the Blue as He healed all who were sick and oppressed of the devil.  Performing miracles, overcoming impossible obstacles and raising the dead.

As the Purple He was The King Who sat down on the mount to teach the people, not as the Scribes and Pharisees but as One having authority and the King Who rode into Jerusalem on a donkey.

As the Scarlet/Red as our divine servant went about doing good, the One Who suffered all for our sakes.

As the white He was the Man, sound asleep in the boat who awoke to the cries of those He loved in need of His help. Recognize the Blue in the power and majesty as He commands the wind and waves to be still with a word: SHALOM!

The Gold is represented as the One tested by the devil and proved Him to be the very God in human form.

As the fulfillment drew close as Yeshua prepared Himself to be the instrument of the actual joining, they mocked and beat Him and pressed a thorny crown into His head. And put a robe around Him the scriptures tell us it was a scarlet/purple color.

Behold the man!

So Yeshua/Jesus came out, wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe. Pilate said to them, “Look! Here is the man!” Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Then Jesus came out wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe. Holman Christian Standard Bible
They stripped Him and dressed Him in a scarlet military robe.

Matthew 27:28

The Soldiers Mock Jesus 27 Then the governor’s soldiers took Jesus into the Praetorium and gathered the whole company around Him. 28 They stripped Him and put a scarlet robe on Him. 29 And they twisted together a crown of thorns and put it on His head.

Young’s Literal Translation
and having unclothed him, they put around him a crimson cloak,

Weymouth New Testament
Stripping off His garments, they put on Him a general’s short crimson cloak.

Most other translations say scarlet from the greek κοκκίνην
kokkinēn

Scarlet Robe

Matt. 27:28, “They stripped Him and put a scarlet robe on Him.”

Matt. 27:31, “After they had mocked Him, they took the scarlet robe off Him and put His own garments back on Him, and led Him away to crucify Him.”

Purple Robe

Mark 15:17, “They dressed Him up in purple, and after twisting a crown of thorns, they put it on Him.”

Mark 15:20, “After they had mocked Him, they took the purple robe off Him and put His own garments on Him. And they led Him out to crucify Him.”

John 19:2, “And the soldiers twisted together a crown of thorns and put it on His head, and put a purple robe on Him.”

John 19:5, “Jesus then came out, wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe. Pilate said to them, “Behold, the Man!”

The colors are both different and similar depending on the shade and the lighting.  For example, dark scarlet is very similar to darker purple.  In the condition of poor lighting, the distinction is even less apparent since the colors would appear darker.

So, it could simply be that the robe was a dark color that could have been accurately described by either word.

Purple was associated with triumph and emperors so along with the crown of thorns it was a mocking symbol of Yeshua/Jesus royalty.

Marcus Aurelius would have worn similar to this.

The very fact that purple was an expensive color made it affordable only to the royals. That Jesus was made to put it on before his crucifixion, implies that the Romans were sending a strong signal to the Jews against any coup.

It is full of significance. The symbolism of not just the purple, but all four colors of the robe viewed in the Gospel accounts from points of view.

Heb. 10:19-20 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

This then relates to the pattern of the tabernacle of Moses wherein the veil was made of four colors.

Ex. 26:31 And thou shalt make a vail of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen of cunning work: with cherubims shall it be made:

Blue [tekeleth], purple [argaman]scarletlinen.

So we see Messiah clothed in the same, although the two purples refer to the blue and the purple; the word, gorgeous, may be translated white, like white linen.

John 19:2 And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple [porphyrus] robe,

Mt. 27:28 And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet [kokkinos] robe.

Mk. 15:17 And they clothed him with purple [porphyra- purple fish],

Lk. 23:11 And Herod with his men of war set him at nought, and mocked him, and arrayed him in a gorgeous [lampros- white] robe, and sent him again to Pilate.

So, the color purple may have also related to royalty, but the primary point was to show Christ came in the flesh.

There are of course the usual Skeptics who maintain that a contradiction exists between the Gospel accounts because they describe the color of the robe differently. Matthew says that the soldiers “put a scarlet robe” on Jesus (27:27-28), Mark says that “they clothed Him with purple ” (15:16-17), and John states that the soldiers put “a purple robe” on Him (19:1-2). These differences have lead some to believe and advocate that the writers wrote under their own power with no help from a Higher Being, and thus they contradicted one another in their narratives. There is however, a valid explanation for the differences in the Gospel narratives concerning the robe placed upon Messiah after His scourging.

It is not uncommon that we all see colors a little differently. There are people who are color blind and do not see the true color at all. What one person calls blue, someone else may be more specific and call navy blue. A military uniform color may appear to some as dark red, but others who sees the faded uniforms for the first time at the end of a conflict may conclude that the color is more maroon. Another e.g. one child may color an orange-yellow Sun, while another makes a Sun that is bright yellow.

Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John simply wrote from different perspectives. The same way that people look at colors and see different tones, shades, and tints, they experienced the activities surrounding the life of Yeshua/Jesus from different perspectives and described what they saw individually.

It is very likely that the garment placed upon Yeshua/Jesus after his brutal scourging was similar to the description of the previously mentioned faded uniforms, but in His case we read of “a scarlet robe…faded to resemble purple” (The Wycliffe Bible Commentary). [It is difficult to imagine Pilate arraying Jesus’ bloody body with a new robe. More likely it was one that had been worn and cast off as useless (Barnes).] According to A.T. Robertson, there were various shades of purple and scarlet in the first century and it was not easy to distinguish the colors or tints (1997). In fact, the ancients (especially the Romans) used the term purple when speaking of various shades of red (McGarvey, 1875, p. 361; Barnes, 1997). Consequently, these different colors sometimes would be called by the same name.

So really there is no discrepancy in the scriptures concerning the color of the robe placed around Messiah. It seems that they were simply like others of their day and used the terms scarlet and purple interchangeably.

Purple – Crimson – Scarlet.

Colors in the Bible have a symbolic significance that can remind us of God and His plan of redemption.

As with numbers, colors point us to Yeshua/Jesus by symbolizing His Person and His works. Hebrew hermeneutics PARDES, has an interpretation approach that includes something called a “remez.”  A remez is a hint of a hidden message or a deeper meaning that is below the surface or behind the words.  Numbers and colors are both remezes.

Finding Colors that Point to Messiah in the Symbolism:

There are many examples in the Bible of colors that point to Yeshua/Jesus.  One of the greatest examples is the door of the Tabernacle.

Exodus 27:16  And for the gate of the court shall be an hanging of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, wrought with needlework: and their pillars shall be four, and their sockets four.

Blue points to Heaven, where God dwells.

Purple points to One who would come as Messiah, the King of the Jews

Scarlet (red) points to His blood atonement, paid for the sins of man.

White (fine linen) points to the Righteous One and the righteousness He imputes to all who come to Him in faith.

This was the gate, the entrance to the Tabernacle, a type of door in the fence that surrounded the Tabernacle.  There was only one door through which to enter into the court of the Tabernacle.  Beyond the court, in the Holy Place, was gold furniture and beyond that was the Holy of Holies with the golden Ark and the presence of God.  We know that Jesus is our Door, and only through Him can man come before God.

I am the DOOR: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. (John 10:9)

Therefore, we see that by passing through the four-colored veil/curtain, (DOOR) we look forward to our perfect High Priest, Yeshua/Jesus the Messiah.

An incredible fulfillment as the Messiah Yeshua was the vessel

in whom heaven and earth

God and man,

spirit and flesh,

infinite and finite –

blue and red became one – completely.

It is finished He said, knowing all that had been accomplished in every prophetic detail. Planned from the beginning including the detailed instructions of the Tabernacles construction;

so that as all that is red and ungodly in us –

is joined to all that is blue and godly in Him –

we become the purple people of His passion –

and He is our High Priest after the order of Malki Zedek.

Happy Thanksgiving to those  in USA who celebrate the day!..

Apologies for the lateness of the post due to ongoing technical issues pertaining to internet connections!

Shalom & Thank you for your prayers!

Let’s all give thanks to the one who blended blue and red

and became purple for us represented in

the veil, who Himself was rent – breaking down the wall of partition and opening the WAY…

to blue through His red blood

for our scarlet sins

that because of Him

are now white as snow.

Father I believe that Jesus/Yeshua rose from the dead and I ask you to come into my life right now and be my personal Savior and Lord and I will worship you all the days of my life.
